If zero stars was thing I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Was told one item was on pre-order so would take up to 15 days so I waited nothing came so I went on live chat with Beth who gaslights you constantly she told me it was coming between sat-mon so I waited again then nothing showed, then she said Wednesday nothing then she said Thursdays and she’ll throw in some goodies which doesn’t make sense if the orders already shipped, then I stopped getting a reply. FRAUDSTER has the cheek to post the items on her tiktok

I honestly can’t believe how Beth still has the front to trade, let alone post a ‘day in the life’ TikToks and not get called out. She removes negative comments.

Vibey and Bleu is just a drop ship platform for AliExpress. The items are not ‘handmade’ as Beth states, they don’t arrive in V&B packaging and take 3 months to arrive

When you contact V&B Beth gaslights you into believing that the items are still being made or have got lost in the post. She will even send you a picture or a fake proof of postage (with the tracking number and address covered up). The insane lies this girl tells and incredible, it must be exhausting for her.

Do yourself a favour and just do an image search of a V&B item in AliExpress and buy it for £3 because that’s all Beth does

Also, it’s quicker to contact your bank and reverse a transaction than waiting for V&B to refund

Nothing but great things to say, I have purchased over 4 times and these's are my favourite slippers ever. Customer service is fab considering It just a one man band. Definitely recommend

I would give this company a zero if i would. After waiting 8 weeks for my order, it finally arrived. The complete wrong slippers, awful quality, wrong size.

Beth replies to my instagram messages by fobbing me off and telling me she will repost the right pair out, that she will get back to me in the morning (NEVER DOES) and never provides the shipping number /email confirmation for the correct ones. She has apparently agreed to give me a refund after days of chasing ... still yet to recieve!!

Ordered, nothing arrived, asked for refund, fobbed off several times over 3 months, have given up. Other reviews suggest this is a scam!

Excellent brand and customer service, I have nothing but good things to say. I purchased a pair of slippers and a beanie and it is fab , can't wait to order more. Couldn't recommend more.

So pleased, super fast replies and my gorgeous latte slippers are amazing, I ordered when they were on pre-order and they were shipped on the exact day which was advised. Wish I could have everything. Amazing small business, would definitely recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend ordered me slippers for Valentine’s Day years ago they never came. My bf emailed and was assured a new pair would be sent out they never were. He gave bank details and was told he would be refunded and needless to say never was. I emailed them and messaged them and kept being fobbed off with excuses and I was told, I would receive a refund and guess what no refund ever received. I honestly feel like it’s a scam and they are just sent to influencers. Shocking do not order from it is a scam!!!

I’ve had nothing but issues since ordering. I appreciate it’s a small business and run alongside a full time job. But here’s my saga.
Ordered two slippers. Months before Christmas. One pair arrived (wrong size) month after.
After reaching out I was told the others would not be far behind. Promising arrival before Christmas. Never received a tracking email or anything. I let the wrong size issue go as I frankly just wanted my order to arrive.
I have reached out 3 times since then and still the slippers are yet to appear.
I have been promised replacements. Extra matching items. All bs frankly. At this point I just want my money back and I will steer clear of this business moving forward.
The slippers I did receive stretched out a lot and aren’t event that amazing. Save yourself and hassle and the money.

I advise against buying from this website, which is simply a scam and a waste of your time. As I have seen in other reviews and on TikTok (check out the video made about this), many other people have had the same problem as me. I ordered a pair of slippers on 2 February, and after a month without any news, I sent an email. From then on, Beth, the supposed CEO of this ‘small business,’ literally lied to me for SIX MONTHS. I think she thought I was stupid or that it would make me give up. ‘I'm going to chase this up for you now, give me a minute’, ‘I will chase this up first thing tomorrow morning for you’, ‘I'm back in the office first thing tomorrow and will sort this out for you’, ‘it will be delivered between 31/03/25 & 03/04/25’, ‘your delivery date is 7th May’, ‘Sorry your email below went into junk, they are being rearranged to be shipped on Wednesday’ blah blah blah. And after a while, she completely stopped responding, even better... But I saw on social media that she was sending her products to influencers very quickly, but she doesn't care about the people who pay for her products. Of course, even more than six months later, I never received those slippers. She just took my money for a pair of expensive slippers on her website, which are ultimately low-quality products that can be found on AliExpress for 10 times less. In short, it's a shame and a scam.

I placed my order on 20th July and only received it on 8th December, after repeatedly chasing it up. Unfortunately, it’s not even the colour I ordered.
Very disappointing experience and completely dishonest from the seller.

i could not be happier with the slippers i had ordered! Brilliant quality and design, also super comfy! brilliant communication whenever i had a enquiry. I wish people would give small businesses a better chance as people only seem to write horrible things.

Much like the other posts, poor quality items, don’t last. The girl that runs it is a compulsive liar, messages back and forth about refunds/new slips/additional goods sent. All lies over the course of 4 months, refund taking weeks and never happening, parcels sent and not delivered, just lies. Received a partial refund as she said she’d replace the item too, never received anyway. 4th April until 2nd aug back and forth. Stay away, poor product and a waste of time.

Ordered off this pages website on the 12th February 2025, parcel got “lost” in transit yet Royal Mail tracking never updated. Months on, business claimed to resend the parcel which I also never received. We are now in July, I’ve chased a refund since April, apparently this is being processed by her payment provider? Refunds take 3-5 days to clear, not 3 months. Clearly a scam site that withholds payment and does not ship orders. Would save your money & buy off Shein as I believe that’s where she is sourcing from for £5.

Waited weeks for an order. Got fobbed off when I chased the order with promises of delivery, which didn’t materialise. Now chasing a refund. Feels like a scam.

I ordered a gift set. Waited 3 weeks for delivery so I emailed. It was a quick reply and I was told the order was being sent the next day which was correct. However the gift set was 1 item short from what was advertised. She can send out free packages to influencers but short changes people who are actually paying.
