Very helpful customer services

I had an issue with my item and was unable to process a return through the portal. Customer service provided the returns label very quickly. Loved my other items I ordered. Very helpful and will be purchasing again!

Great Customer Service

Quality and style

Not only are the products such beautiful quality- they are comfortable and look so good. They are a great price point as well - you don’t feel over charged. I’m 5,6, size 10 and they are oversized but they don’t drown you. I would recommend every time. The towelling tracksuits are my FAVE

I had a two piece set which was NOT…

I had a two piece set which was NOT cheap, washed once after following all care instructions and the item has shrunk. I have emailed the customer service which I will say you do get fast replies, however I feel nothing has been done. I completely understand companies have return policy’s etc but to pay this much for an item and it shrink, I personally wouldn’t bother again and go get something for half the price that won’t shrink.

I am very sorry to hear about your experience with your two-piece set. I completely understand your disappointment, particularly as you have followed the care instructions and expected the item to maintain its original quality.

I am also sorry that you feel your concerns have not been fully resolved. Please be assured that we do take feedback of this nature seriously, however once an item has been worn and washed, we are limited in what can be determined in terms of whether a change such as shrinkage is due to a manufacturing fault or related to wear, care, or washing conditions. For this reason, we do have company policies in place to ensure each case is assessed fairly and consistently.

That said, I am glad to see that a partial refund was previously offered and has been accepted and issued to you. I do hope this has helped to provide some level of resolution, even though I fully appreciate it may not completely reflect the outcome you were hoping for.

We do genuinely value your feedback, and I am very sorry again that this has been your experience. It is never our intention for customers to feel disappointed, especially with items at this price point. I do hope you can understand our position, and I appreciate you taking the time to get in touch and share your concerns.

First purchase - really pleased

I made a first purchase this week of tracksuit set and joggers. Really pleased with the items and great quality. Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful! I'll never shop here again. I made my order and around ten days later with zero correspondence; had it refunded but minus the postage I hadn't received! Still waiting for that refund. No explanation and then I received an ad taking me to the same product I'd been trying to buy? If they'd managed my expectations properly as a customer, then sounds like they could have organised shipment? Their ads are often for things not available eg personalised items that were not on offer between Xmas and new year. Cheap brand with bad marketing and customer services, at a high price. They should focus on improving all areas of their service.

Having reviewed your order, I can confirm that your parcel was returned to us by DPD after being held at the depot and not collected or successfully delivered. We appreciate that this situation, combined with a lack of clear communication, would have been disappointing and frustrating.

With regard to your refund, the postage cost was processed and issued back to your original payment method yesterday. Please note that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take approximately 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

We genuinely value your feedback, as it helps us identify where improvements are needed, particularly in relation to communication and overall customer experience. We would very much welcome the opportunity to resolve this matter for you fully and restore your confidence in our service.
