THE MOST HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER RECEIVED.
THE BED IS THE WRONG COLOUR. REFUSED TO RETURN. REFUSED TO CHANGE. REFUSED TO REFUND.
ABUSIVE THROUGH WHATSAPP AND OVER THE PHONE. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOCKING COMMUNICATION. STATED THAT IT WAS OUR FAULT WHEN IT WAS THE COMPANYS ISSUE.
£600 DOWN FOR AN AWFUL BED AND EXTREMELY UPSET. NOTIFIED THIS COMPANY OF LEGISLATION WHICH PROTECTS CONSUMERS AND GOT BLOCKED ON ALL PLATFORMS.
IT IS ILLEGAL TO NOT RETURN A PRODUCT WHICH THE CONSUMER IS UNHAPPY WITH. NO TERMS AND CONDITIONS WERE ISSUED WHEN PURCHASE WAS MADE.

We have got the messages aswell. You had purchased a colour and confirmed a few times before accepting delivery.
We have gone through the conversations with a colleague and not seen any kind of abusive messages and this is being reviewed by trustpilot for the false accusations.
When the item didn't match your paint colour in the room, you asked for return and we do mention on our delivery terms which can be read. We do not accept returns if you decide to change your colour of bed after it has been delivered.
This is why we urge all customers to make sure they choose the right colour when ordering on made to order products.
We are sorry you weren't happy with any of our services and we hope to make it better on your next purchase.

Just amazing!
I have always been very sceptical about ordering a bed online, especially from a facebook page. However, I took a chance and I am so glad I did!! The bed we ordered is absolutely stunning and is everything i hoped for! Colour was bang on and quality is great. Mattress is very comfortable too, definitely recommend!

We purchased from Victoria beds/nationwide beds about 2 months ago now and I am very happy with our purchase. I wasn’t sure how it would be buying a bed from what looked like other peoples pictures but I had no need to worry. The communication was quick and clear, bed was a very reasonable price and delivery was quick. We are very happy with our purchase and would buy again!

Very much recommended!
helped me out with the colours ect and for the price for what you get you really can’t go wrong.
The only thing I would say is if there was a way for you guys to do a extra charge for someone to fit the bed that would of been amazing, but if me and my partner managed to do it then anyone can do it. Just me being totaly lazy that’s all.
The quality of the mattress is honestly quite suppressing. I wasn’t expecting it to be so comfy.
So my overall review if you guys are 100% and I would totally go with you guys again if and when I do get a new bed as very reliable.

I was a bit sceptical about buying the bed online, was unsure what the quality of the bed and mattress would be like but I am really impressed! The bed is super comfy and I opted for the mattress that came with the bed, the bed is great quality, was super easy to assemble, the only bad thing is the bed is that comfy it’s so hard to get up on a morning!!
