Brilliant for price. Great communication and very quick delivery

Good priced beds which are absolutely beautiful, comes with a mattress which you can upgrade we got the standard one that comes with it and it’s so comfy. We got ottoman gas lift with ours for an added extra and it’s very spacious and easy to use. The bed is easy to assemble too which is an added bonus. Would definitely buy from here again and would recommend anyone looking for a new bed to purchase with Victoria beds.

Customer service is always something I look for, this company have amazing customer service. I ordered my bed and it got delivered within 3 days!! So simple to put up and the quality is amazing. Would recommend to anyone who needs a bed that’s looks expensive but isn’t expensive!

Victoria Beds have just been incredible.
I ordered the BEAUTIFUL Victoria Wing bed… however I totally forgot to measure my staircase beforehand, I couldn’t get the bloody thing up the stairs!
I was absolutely heartbroken, explained what had happened to the guy at Victoria beds and although they weren’t able to take the original back (it was custom made) they offered to help me measure my stairs and offered me advice on which headboard I would be able to get up the stairs, they made the second headboard for me, and delivered it late on Sunday evening which isn’t usual delivery hours, they did this because I was so upset about it!
The bed is now upstairs, set up and looking absolutely beautiful!
I am so, so grateful.

Great communication and fast delivery! The bed is really good quality and was affordable. Everything from start to finish was super easy (from ordering to putting it together). The staff were also very helpful and were able to answer all my questions.

The bed is unreal, I was very nervous about ordering from a Facebook page but I’m pleased I took a gamble and went for it. We love it, so comfy and solid, very well made. We went for the board base and now wish we’d gone for gas lift also. Next time! Communication from this company was outstanding, fast responses and checked a good few times to make sure order was correct and that I was happy before they delivered it. 10/10 I’d highly recommend yous and will definitely use again in the near future. Excellent service, have just redecorated our daughters room and ordered from here as was the only place I could find a reasonably priced White velvet bed. Absolutely over the moon and slightly jealous of my child, the bed is great quality and managed to put it together myself in about 10 mins. When the time comes to refreshing our main bedroom I will 100% be buying out next bed from here. Delivery was on time, and great communication throughout and updates along the process.

Very nervous about buying online, best decision we made very comfortable top quality, kept in touch throughout, delivered on time, had the choice to upgrade the matress which I'm so glad we did, would definitely buy again.

We’ve had to do things a little backwards in our household and get a bed before decorating. Our old bed was being held together with zip ties so we needed a new one fast!

We went for the steel grey plush high side bed in a king size and it is stunning😍😍

Absolutely amazed and thankful for the fast responses, brilliant communication and super quick delivery!😁also may I just add, the bed took my partner about 30 minutes to assemble😮(this may not mean much to some people but usually if there’s a guide time, for my partner you can double it🤣). I was expecting it to take him hours.
