absolute shocking service. we love our new bed but there is 3 staples on bed base which is visible. so we contacted them and thus is where things got nasty . they wanted us to travel to them
for repair . Why shoukd we when we stay over 5hrs away in Scotland. when delivery came it was slats and not a board bases which we ordered. we're still waiting on the refund which they were meant to send. Anyway back to the aggressive wee man who hides behind the Facebook messenger who is harassing my wife on messenger. 2 words keyboard gangster. I wish I'd seen these reviews beforehand as I'd never of bought all my new beds from these cowboys🤠 just been blocked on Facebook by these rockets🚀. sending my pics to me etc. not very professional

I bought a bed from here a couple of weeks ago and the bed exceeded my expectations. The frame looks so elegant and expensive very sturdy and well made. I paid a little bit extra for the upgraded mattress and it is absolutely worth every penny. So supportive and comfortable I haven’t had sleep like it! The delivery driver was efficient and friendly and kept me updated along the way. Thank you I will definitely be ordering more from you guys soon :) xx

From start to finish Victoria beds was friendly helpful, we asked a lot of questions and they answered everything we ordered on Friday and was delivered 4 days later. The packaging was superb very simple to put together we opted for a pillow top mattress and a better gas lift on the ottoman, we are going to order another once we’ve saved a bit. You won’t be disappointed with the quality. Thank you 😊

The intial sale was a breeze, the company were great because they had got a sale. Subsequently, there were no instructions and I was sent (twice) a YouTube video, the first time it wasn’t sent and I had to ask again. After 5 months the bed has started to fall apart,the material is coming away, the hydraulics don’t work, the whole bed squeaks and I was aware there was a 3 year warranty. I got in touch with the company who told me I had to pay for a new part and pay for delivery. The other option was I drove from Surrey to them (North England) for a free part! I argued the point as there was no information on the stipulations of the warranty. At one point the sentence was confusing and I asked for them to make it clear. I then got a barrage of abuse over Facebook Messenger. I asked to speak with a manager to be told there wasn’t one to talk to (as it was out of hours 8pm, however the sale went through around 9pm) and requested a call the next day. My husband, who was working asked me to pass his number and for them to call him. They refused. They said a manager would not speak to me because of my personality and my attitude. One of the messages asked me ‘are you okay?’ as in a sarcastic response. I said I would report them to Trading Standards and seek advice from my Uncle who is a solicitor. They then kept on sending abusing messages and I this point I said we would drive down to them as I’d had enough. My husband called the next day and withheld his number, they answered and then said they won’t speak until a number is present. He called from my phone and after an argument was called a ‘chav’. I would ask; how is this any kind of customer service? If this is a reputable company why don’t they have a customer complaints service? So,I repeat,do not touch this company. If there is any one in the South of England that needs a good retailer we have found an amazing independent business that we have a lovely new bed from with outstanding customer service.

From start to finish, Victoria Beds were easy in communicating to order, deliver and even for assisting with questions about the bed. I ordered the Superking Winged Richmond bed in cream and it’s very luxurious for such a bargain price 😊
It’s super comfortable and very well built! Thank you very much, I will definitely be ordering from you again.

Communication between the company is excellent. The product is amazing. And the delivery was even better. Delivered within a few days. I chose Victoria beds as the price was cheapest on the high street so I was sceptical on the quality but the quality is very good.

Had an incredible easy experience with this company I found them on Facebook and left a message had messages back straight away easy steps picking bed frame, colour, style and delivery day within a couple of days which was even more great! Setting the bed up was straight forward and quick! I love my new bed and mattress it looks amazing and couldn't recommend this company enough! Thankyou again

Easy to make an order, beautiful high quality bed designs and quick and easy to build

I was a bit sceptical at first due as i found them on Facebook and the prices were low compared to main retailers, but, I thought its worth a go.
From start to finish they was extremely helpful and replied to messages quickly.
Their communication regarding delivery was excellent, I received calls and text to update me.
The bed was well made and easy to assemble. The mattress is comfortable, my daughter is loving it.
I wouldn't hesitate to use these again in the future.

10/10 highly recommended to anyone looking for a new bed. Fast delivery and great customer service, material quality of the bed it’s self is brilliant, mattress is perfect very comfortable to sleep on. Very easy to build only takes around 20 minutes. All in all would definitely use the company again.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend this company to anyone! Amazing quality beds we got the standard mattress included with the bed which is so comfortable but you do have the option to upgrade. Fast delivery, brilliant customer service, can’t wait to order one for my daughter.

We are over the moon with it and the mattress is the best we have ever slept on. - I have back problems and it’s made sleeping at night alot easier!
