Victoria beds have rescued us twice now after dealing with 2 awful companies. We only had to get rid of our first one because it wouldn’t fit up a narrow staircase. Never fail to disappoint, fast delivery, trustworthy company.

Super bed so impressed,needed support to assemble and got sent over a video to help us,can not complain! Super happy with it!

Couldn’t fault these. Fantastic company and if you’re thinking about buying a bed do it through these. Great price with great communication always. Very fast delivery 10/10

Great bed and fast reliable delivery

Great transaction very smooth driver arrived on time made beds up communication excellent and beds are lovely.

After being messed about by another company, I nervously went on to look for another affordable company to order from. Victoria beds provided excellent customer service from start to finish and put my mind at ease.

I placed my order on the Friday and recieved the bed on the following Wednesday.
As promised they gave me a time slot the night before delivery, and the delivery driver contacted me when he was 25 minutes away.

The bed was packaged very well and beautiful. My daughter and I are very pleased 😀 I would definitely order again from this company. Thank you Victoria Beds.

The worst quality of beds. The customer service is very harsh and calls you with names. I was called stupid clown. I would never ever recommend such a company to anyone. There are many better bed companies out there.

AVOID!!!! I received abusive messages and got blocked because I declined to order due to the lack of actual bed photos in the fabric I desired, and they didn't offer fabric samples. The fabric photo provided was darkened, which made me hesitant to place an order. It's disappointing that a business would react in such an immature way. Judging by the numerous angry reactions on their Facebook posts, this seems to be a recurring issue. They immediately block customers who express dissatisfaction. I highly recommend avoiding this business altogether.

Bought a gas lift bed after only 7 weeks it's spraying gas from the mechanism it's faulty & dangerous. Had to argue about getting a replacement part but only if I drive to Leeds to pick up the part or pay another £20 for postage. Crazy guy on the messages was being so rude and calling me names then blocked me. The most unprofessional company I've ever come across. Will be contacting trading standards about these fraudsters.

Very good service from beginning to end and I love my bed it is beautiful very well made very nice had the best night sleep
And Victoria, Beds are very nice people to speak to get back to you straight away. Definitely would recommend

The absurd abuse I have received from this company is shocking harassing me at quater past 11 at night to send them ID or a utility bill because I ordered a white bed because they claim I don’t live at my address because of a colour of a bed.

Breaking GDPR rules by sending me a screenshot from another customers chat with there utility bill saying I am being awkward and then harassing me over and over again for me to send them my back details.

They even told me “honestly grow up” “you are showing a weird side of you” “don’t make yourself look stupid” “are you okay is there something wrong with you” telling me to call them at that time of the night at quater past 11 at night what type of company does business at that time of night let alone harass people.

What type of company this is. I am so glad that I will not be getting this after reading the reviews on here I am glad that I am not the only one who has had to deal with this.

I will be filling the charges with my bank to get the money back for delivery as I will not be sending them anymore personal details over and will be going somewhere with a bit of humanity and know how to speak to people.

They are claiming to now go to the police with my information because my dad spoke to them with the way they had spoken to myself. They are the ones withholding my money, absolutely scum and scammers !!!

Hi recently bought a king size bed from Victoria beds. Service was excellent no question was to big or small very helpfull. I ordered my bed on Tuesday and it got delivered on Thursday. Assembling the bed was straight forward didn’t take long at all. The quality of the bed is to a high standard for the price. Will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family.
