Lacking quality control.
Wooden dowels were missing from package for our headboard and some drilled holes were not in alignment.
Customer service was responsive but we couldn't wait for them to send missing items so had to search and buy elsewhere.

This is about the sellers Amazon France…
This is about the sellers on Amazon France and their drop shipments of the inferior VidaXL products. Various vendors show home furnishing assembled BUT never is the manufacturer VidaXL listed. Clearly they are listing these extremely cheap and poorly crafted products way over their purchase price. Have tried assembling many of these and they are the worst ever made. Just now received a night stand from them and the paint is watery not covering the wood. Sending back immediately.

Not all of their products are bad, but this was disastrous!
We have purchased many things from Vida XL and have found most to be adequate, (although generally not much more than that). However the largest purchase we have ever made from them was a big greenhouse 12.3m2 aluminium. It was the worst online purchase we have ever made, by far. More than E900 and a complete disaster. Manufacturing accuracy was terrible, the material was too flimsy to support its own weight, the instructions contained no words and the drawings were very confusing and incomplete. It took days to put the thing up, and then it fell down into a crumpled tangle of metal with the first stiff breeze. NEVER buy this product! We are currently trying to get a reimbursement. I have found their customer service to be faire in the past... so we will see how good their ethics are.
Strike 2: Customer service assured me that if it breaks as a result of weather, (ie rain and mild wind), it is not their fault, and that I should contact my insurance company. So it seems that this is only an indoor greenhouse..... Very funny.

Awful products
Awful products, I got a bed the wood is really bad quality, it chips-out which can be very dangerous to children, the screws were too big and the measurements are off. For a full refund I need to return the product as delivered, which is impossible as we had to do some holes to attach pieces together... This company is a scam they know their products are bad, so they rely on people like me that didn't do enough research.

Very bad experience with vidaXL products.
A Bed bought on 09/2022, got broken within 8 months. OK, they have given me a coupon for reduction for next purchase.
3 new items bought from vidaXL.fr website on 17/09. 1 item delivered properly, 1 not delivered till now and the last one is an incomplete product (base of the product is missing and the package doesn't have assembly manual. Terrible service. Pure harassments to customers.
