Good customer service
I bought a sofa from them. When it arrived, the sofa reveled to be below my expectations then I had to return the sofa, everything went smooth and I was reimbursed the total amount in three working days. Their online customer service is very professional👍🏿

Engineering was bad and the client care…
Update again, item was never repaired or recovered by the company. It is now garbage and was replaced. The company did not follow thru on the client care side. I believed this to be exclusively a problem of engineering but it is ultimately a problem inherent to the company. Bad parts, no support.
Update. VidaXL is putting forward the effort to remedy this. It is not resolved yet but hopefully soon. Ultimately, it is an engineering issue and not one of bad service. I do realize there was a national strike recently so it may have caused their delay to respond.
Engineering was bad and the client care cut off communication by refusing to follow up on emails about the item being drilled poorly, making it unbuildable.
