Produit reçu sans la quincaillerie pour le monter, et 2 mois plus tard ils sont incapables d’envoyer ce qu’il faut. A éviter à tout prix.
What a nightmare!
I received the flat-pack product without the bolts and washers to build it, and two months later they are absolutely incapable of sending the correct parts. Avoid them at all costs.
Edit : Malgré leur réponse ci-dessous, ils n'ont toujours rien fait pour rectifier la situation alors 5 mois après l'achat je n'ai toujours pas ce que j'ai acheté!
Despite their response below, they have still done nothing to rectify the situation so 5 months after purchase I still don't have what I paid for!

I ask for a reimbursement after changing my mind about a purchase and I got a reply within the hour and the refund within the day on Paypal. Money is back in my account in a couple of days. AMAZING SERVICE!!
