The tour guide was not very good
The tour guide was not very good. He barely gave us any information that was interesting. All he did was sleep during the trip back one positive though was he stayed with us the whole time during the Hallstatt walking tour and shifffahren.

Exceptional Service That Saved My Hallstatt Trip
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the team, especially Lola, for their outstanding service and support during my recent trip. Due to a mix-up with the meeting time caused by incorrect email information, I missed the original tour. I was understandably disappointed, as visiting Hallstatt was the highlight of my Vienna trip.
However, Lola handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. She immediately helped reschedule the tour for me and even arranged a free shuttle to the hotel I stayed, so I wouldn’t miss out. Thanks to her quick response and genuine care, I was able to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Hallstatt as planned.
I’m truly grateful for her effort, and it turned what could have been a major setback into one of the most memorable parts of my journey. Thank you again for going above and beyond.

Fraudulent ticket sales
I purchased the ticket through the website on 4th May, but there was no notice regarding the service restriction, so I was not able to use the ticket even once that day and only 3 people's fares were swindled. Even the unserviceable time was much shorter than what was indicated on the sign at the stop. Please refund me !!

Poor organization
Poor organization! Very poor, not recommended. We arrived two hours late in Budapest due to traffic. They were inflexible. They didn't change anything, and didn't offer an option to delay our return. Everything was rushed and poorly organized.

What a terrible tour
What a terrible tour. It feels like a scam. Pay €35 to sit and listen to classical music for 90% of the tour. Random facts are spat out during the tour not engaging passengers at all. I would rather give my money to a homeless person and let them tell me about their city.

The driver who collected us was friendly and knowledgeable about the city. Quick coach journey and the guide in Bratislava was also knowledgeable and witty. We enjoyed the cruise back to Vienna. Highly recommend.

Difficult to find the stations and no service.
Difficult to find the stations.
1bus per hour is not enough, we waited several times for a long time in the cold, then we decided to use the U system.
When we managed to find a bus, on day 2 of our 3 day reservation, the person booking us in wasn’t properly trained and booked us only for the 2 remaining days. We could only ride the yellow tour as by then the busses stopped operation. On the 3 day, the bus didn’t pass bij Nachmarket, we waited again more than an hour. After call we had to walk to Opera. There we were offered a poor night tour that started at 16:30 ( nighttour at 16:30????). Absolute the worst hop on experience from all cities we have done. Shame on you.
