I had a great experience working with Visii throughout the process of securing my first mortgage. Our contact spanned several years, and from the very beginning they were helpful, attentive, and always up-to-date on my situation. When I was finally ready to buy, they were incredibly flexible in setting up appointments—sometimes with different advisors due to urgency on my end—and clearly explained all my options. Communication was excellent throughout, and the whole process felt sincere and trustworthy. I never felt pressured or misled. I would definitely recommend Visii to anyone looking for mortgage advice.

I scheduled a 30-minute consultation with Viisi, only to be told after less than 10 minutes that they couldn’t help with our situation. I had cleared my schedule for this call, expecting real expertise—especially since they market themselves as specialists in expat mortgages. That clearly wasn’t the case. Disappointing waste of time.

The communication throughout the entire process was smooth. They answer promptly to any queries made. The only concern I would have is that they don't have a clear understanding of how the 30% ruling works for expats (This does not matter anyway since your mortgage depends on your gross salary and the 30% ruling is only a tax benefit that has no relation to securing mortgage) and that indeed required some clarifications to be made during the discussions. Since Viisi deals with many expats, I think it is important information to know. However, they did a wonderful job guiding us with our documents and bringing forth options for mortgage providers despite me and my partner being PhD students in the Netherlands. At one point in the mortgage application, some issues arose from the mortgage provider's end with one of our documents but Viisi managed the situation very well and got our mortgage approved. I would recommend Viisi to anyone, especially foreign PhD students who want to have their own home in the Netherlands.

My experience with Viisi was pleasant. As this was my first mortgage I was hesitant to try and arrange everything myself.
Andrew took the time to go through various mortgage forms and helped me investigate the costs of fixing interest for various durations (5 years, 10 years, a combination, etc).

Viisi.nl's system made it clear which documents needed to be delivered, and feedback to uploaded documents was provided quickly. I had a limited amount of time to arrange the mortgage (taxation took longer than I expected) but once I managed to get all documents in order everything was taken care of quickly.
