Horrible Experience
We reached out to them for Hypotheek advise and they assigned us to Sourush Amini. After the first meeting at their office in Berkel en Rodenrijs we agreed on the plan and decided to proceed with him as the Financial Advisor. We called the next day to proceed with the next steps, the assistant told us that she would let him know to call back but he didn't call back. The next day we called and the assistant said that she already told him and she would then tell him again to call back but again he didn't call back. We waited for a couple of days more but he never called back. Because of this unprofessionalism we lost valuable days to apply for the mortgage to our new house and had to seek to another firm for the financial advise. We barely made it within the deadline for the mortgage with the new firm. It's fine to be busy or not being able to take on the task but they should be professional enough to let us know and not waste people's time. Horrible experience.
