Note this is an updated review: Seller communication is poor, and my item took longer to ship than the stated window (I was eventually told that window was just an "estimate"), but ultimately my rug was as-described and I am pleased with its quality and the value for my dollar.

Samples OK, but I did not realize I was ordering them from Turkey, so I think that should be front and center on the website. I've ordered Travertine tile in the past that was quarried in Turkey, but the product was not shipped to me directly from Turkey; it was already in the company's warehouse in the USA. Aside from the samples taking longer to arrive than I anticipated (due to their coming from Turkey), the samples were sufficient for my needs, one had the corner broken off.

Took my order, charged me $299 shipping and then called me a day later and told me the warehouse they thought the tile was at was not there. Said they would ship from another warehouse and wanted $250 more in shipping. Classic bait and switch. And NO emphatically No, it was not "on the spot".
