I ordered a sofa, paid for it, and then I was ringing the number for week, then they answered phone and told me I won’t get my sofa as out of stock, still waiting for refund

We are sorry for the inconvenience that you have experienced. We have been compliant and issued your refund. You have not been wrongly done by as your refund has been issued and the sofa you ordered was not in stock so there is nothing that we could do on our side apart from issuing a refund which we did. We also did mention over the phone that refunds could take up to 7 days. We value our customers, therefore we listened to everything you said and told you the best steps moving forward. Again sorry for your troubles.

I can only comment on the service up to now as I haven't received my purchase yet, comments will come on that when I receive my purchase.
The service I have received during my telephone conversations with a lovely man I found he was helpful,courteous and extremely kind, I don't often give five stars to any of my purchasing experiences as very few have come up to this man's helpfulness and if my purchase comes up to the same standard I will be more than pleased,... watch this space.Jo
