Disappointed
Though the item I purchased looked in the description like the part I wanted it was actually one piece rather than the two interlocking piece I was replacing. Returning was so costly it wasn’t worth doing so I’m stuck with a piece that doesn’t work.

Total waste of time, do not use. see edit.
Ordered 3 8 foot pvc trim boards, website calculated shipping and total was 154 dollars, waited 3 weeks one day and called for update on shipping (website said 2-3 weeks to ship) was told order would ship next day (6/25/2019) called today (Friday 6/27/2019) was told order wont ship until extra shipping of 250 dollars is paid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
talk about bait and switch, don't waste your time.
Will never use again total wast of time.
Response is not true, I never called to put order on hold whoever is saying that is a liar, they had my email to let me know about the ridiculous shipping charges, but they never emailed me. as I said before total waste of my time. will never use again.

Hi William - Myself and 2 other owners have been researching this issue since first learning of it earlier this afternoon. Specifically we are trying to find out how such terrible miscommunication happened between you and us.
Our log notes indicate we left you a message on 6.5.19 about the extra shipping charges (which were necessary to cover our ACTUAL cost to ship your order). Unfortunately, we now know the phone number you entered on your online order was incorrect, as we tried to call that number a few minutes ago and reached someone completely different and in a different state.
Our longstanding procedure is that when we have to leave a message we immediately follow that up with an email. Our notes do NOT indicate this was done, and that was a very big mistake on our part. We are working to ensure this is the last time that step is overlooked.
Our notes show you called us on 6.10.19, that the extra shipping charges were discussed at that time, and that you requested your order be placed on hold, which we did. We do not show in our notes any additional contact from you until you called today to cancel your order.
Again, please accept our very sincere apologies for our shortcomings in dealing with your order. We would also like for you to realize that at no time did we consider we had a firm order from you, as we thought we were waiting for you to decide if the necessary extra freight charges were a "deal breaker", which we assumed they were.

Lots of good-looking options
Hard-to-find options seem to be their specialty. Living with sun and salt water, we have sought exterior materials that can hold up in our environment.
