Waste of money. Unmoderated platform.

I downloaded this app to sell high quality clothing, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The feed is flooded with inappropriate, soft-porn, and fetish oriented content that is completely unmoderated. I paid €6 for a 7 day Item Boost, but the app algorithm pushes cheap, explicit listings instead of legitimate items. It’s a terrible environment for selling actual valuable clothes. Customer support is hidden and unhelpful. Avoid spending your money here, apps like Vestiaire Collective are miles ahead in terms of professionalism. 1 star.

Bad app, block you immediately without them taking you into account, a lot is treated unfairly with you as a user

It's alright. At the start it's easier to sell stuff, but it started to be harder because i don't really get views anymore...

It’s great, easy and if you have enough patience and lower the prices you definitely sell things. Very straightforward and simple labels and shipping instructions. No problems so far

Terrible customer support and refund policy. They say you have 2 days to signal a problem, but it is actually 48 hours from midnight of the day of the delivery. Too bad sometimes the day of delivery never occurs, so when you do not receive an item you still have to wait 25 days, then it is marked automatically as delivered even if it is not, without even an email warning; and if you are a few hours off to click the link in the conversation, then you lose everything. Customer support promised a refund and then took back the promise, and I got nothing in return.

7 July 2026 I've sent an order to the buyer via BRT from Italy to Austria, but for almost 3 weeks the parcel wasn't delivered to the customer. I've reported the issue to the vinted support and they have returned the money to the customer and told me that I can pick up the parcel in the delivery point, despite the parcel track didn't indicate that the parcel was ready to be picked up by the seller. When I come to the delivery point they told me that they don't have my parcel and that all the parcels were taken by the delivery company. When I described the problem to the vinted they just responded that they cannot help me and they will NOT contact the delivery company again. All my following requests to contact the delivery company and explain the situation they have ignored and didn't respond to me. At the moment I've lost my parcel and didn't receive any compensation from Vinted. So be careful when you sell something on this platform as they don't bother themselves with the customer support and they will ignore your problem in the case of an unusual situation.

First time trying to sell things online, the experience wasn't there but thanks to vinted i learned how to become more dependent!

A scam seller sold me a broken item for around €100. When I complained that it was broken, I had to return the item at my expense (€18). When the scammer received the package, she claimed that the item was damaged due to poor packaging. Vinted didn't give me any details about the damage caused, or provide any evidence. Instead, they sent my original payment to the scammer and refuse to help me. I now spent around €120 and the scammer has the item.
