We are a family run business and have been trading in Records, CDs, and music memorabilia for over 40 years. We can regularly be found a trade shows and record fairs around the UK. You can find us most Thursday's and Friday's at Old Spitalfields Market where we run stall. We moved online during covid, starting with ebay and now our own online store www.vinyladdicts.co.uk. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and try our best to resolve any issues that may come up. Thanks for the feedback. We're not pleased with the large shipping fee either. Unfortunately as a small independent we can't get the big discounts for shipping and so we can only get normal retail prices.

Not a great experience unfortunately.
First time using Vinyl Addicts and unfortunately the vinyl never arrived. No dispatch email until over a week later, but only as I had to enquire. Communication through seller was a bit slow. Managed to get refund through PayPal.
Perhaps use Royal Mail 48 tracked in future so both the seller and buyer can track?
Sorry, but won’t be using Vinyl Addicts again.

Brilliant customer service with a smile
I bought a vinyl for my granddaughter for Christmas, not realising my daughter had already bought the same one. I contacted Vinyl Addicts and they refunded me promptly and provided fantastic customer service. I would have no hesitation in orderering from them again.
