We are a family run business and have been trading in Records, CDs, and music memorabilia for over 40 years. We can regularly be found a trade shows and record fairs around the UK. You can find us most Thursday's and Friday's at Old Spitalfields Market where we run stall. We moved online during covid, starting with ebay and now our own online store www.vinyladdicts.co.uk. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and try our best to resolve any issues that may come up. Delivery was delayed (Royal Mail issue) communication from Tel at Vinyl Addicts was first class! Was a little dubious as a first time customer with the delay in delivery, but have to say customer service is spot on and I will definitely shop again.

Purchase has not arrived after a month
I ordered it a month ago but have not received it. I emailed the company twice, but they have not responded, nor have I obtained the shipping tracking number. I'm close to calling my credit card company to stop the payment or even claim fraud.
