We are a family run business and have been trading in Records, CDs, and music memorabilia for over 40 years. We can regularly be found a trade shows and record fairs around the UK. You can find us most Thursday's and Friday's at Old Spitalfields Market where we run stall. We moved online during covid, starting with ebay and now our own online store www.vinyladdicts.co.uk. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and try our best to resolve any issues that may come up. No money, no product, no rsponse
At the time of writing I have been waiting 2 weeks for an order even though their website explicitly states 3 -5 days.
I have sent 3 messages via their website and 2 emails and have had exactly zero response.
They have my money, I don't have order and they are ignoring me. Make of that what you will.
I only wish I had read their trust pilot reviews beforehand as I don't appear to be the only person who has been in this position.
Do not touch this company with a bargepole.

The parcel did not arrive
Hello, I ordered a Lana Del Rey 2012 I tunes festival vinyl and it’s yet to arrive and I noticed the company mentioned to other people in my situation it might have gotten lost in the shipping process so I would like the shipping code please considering I never got it in the “ your item has been shipped email” and it was said to be shipped 1st class by Royal Mail I could understand if it was just a couple of people who were in the same situation as me but with the amount of people that are and have been in my position is unbelievable…

I would also like to clarify a couple of points. I am not aware of the wider issues mentioned in your comment. There have been some isolated delays with international deliveries due to customs processes, where parcels were temporarily held or returned. In every case, customers were either resent their items or refunded according to their preference. I have informed customers of this via my newsletter.
UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class in line with the delivery terms stated on the website, and are shipped within 7 working days of payment. I always aim to send items sooner where possible. However, as a sole trader who also works at record fairs around the country, I am not always able to operate on the same dispatch timescales as large online retailers.
I appreciate your patience and your custom.

Sadly the item's I ordered never arrived
Sadly the item's I ordered never arrived on three separate occasions. Even though they were sent first class post. I did offer to pay 48 hour tracked. I also struggled to get email response as quickly as I wanted.
Once my emails were answered by the team,the matter was answered very professionally. Despite direct help from the team, I still didn't receive the items.
The items were dispatched for a third time and once again went missing in the post.
I was given a full refund from the company, without any trouble.
If I had received the much wanted Oasis posters I would have had a great experience because the refund and customer service were very good.
