Brilliant service for any vinyl collectors. Very wide range of genres that suit everyone's taste. It's also a great way to save money on vinyls, have a chance at getting coloured/Limited edition. A really good service!
It's great to receive a vinyl box
It's great to receive a vinyl box, in the post to see what they put in a box this week where you can choose a genre. It's always a surprise to see what's turned up. It's a good way to listen to new artists and not just to save the same old sounds. Recommend it to anyone

Make sure it find the selection email.. mine went to spam, otherwise you get sent albums you may not want.
Vinyl box gave me a returns option and quickly refunded me..

Worst customer service I've ever had
Worst customer service I've ever had, I paid for 3 months subscription in March and I've only received two issues, after several emails I've had no reply to date.

Awful customer service, terrible selection of music, poor organisation and overpriced
I signed up for a 3 month deal which included a booster box. I received my first box which was ok but not really a great selection but included some music that I wouldn't normally listen to. However I did not receive the booster box, so after several emails, poor responses and me having to pay an additional £15 I received a 'booster box' which was terrible, two albums that no-one would ever want to listen to. So I contacted customer services again and after repeated contact and terrible responses I received an email from 'Oli' the owner and he arrange to send me a special selection with my next box. Well, if that is their idea of 'special' I would hate to see average!
I didn't receive my final box and 2 weeks after it was due I contacted them only to receive yet another rubbish response stating they had sold out of the choice I had made and I would have to pick again. There was nothing else I was interested in so I requested a refund which after another weeks wait was authorised however it was short by £5 but I was so fed up with dealing with this apathetic, self serving company I just cancelled my subscription and I will be going to local independent vinyl shops from now on and purchasing albums that I actually want and will never waste my money or time with this appalling company again.
If you like terrible customer service and middle of the road poor quality music then by all means give them a try but please, please, please take my advice and avoid them and save you money and buy good quality and invest your money in local independent businesses.
Poor availability and over priced
My partner bought me a gift card, at least 80% of all albums are sold out. Very difficult to redeem voucher as the website keeps trying to steer you towards a subscription. Albums are overpriced and readily available elsewhere.

Poor service and bizarre selection in box
I've received my first box and the mix of different music types is ridiculous and seems unrelated to the styles I picked on the website. I've received 2 indie albums as expected then one of Frank Sinatra and a Neil Diamond Double album! I've paid for 3 months upfront but I expect I'll be cancelling after that. Also I've had problems logging into their website and neither emails, password reset requests or the contact form produce any response other than an automated reply. So far I cannot recommend this service on a value for money or convenience basis. It seems as if I'll end up with a completely eclectic mix of whatever they seem to have lying around at the time. I would not call this a "curated" selection. I'm hoping they may see this and get in touch as contacting them directly seems pointless since they don't respond.
the whole experience very frustrating
I’m finding the whole experience very frustrating. I’m trying to have a dialogue with someone there but replies take three to five days, the website is infuriatingly and surprisingly hard to navigate.
The records aren’t bad although a lot are ones you can find on sale for around 15£ each anyway. But it’s the customer service that has so far been lacking. Have tried contacting them on insta too, no reply.

Would be better off buying elsewhere...
Sadly I don't recommend this company at all. I decided to try the monthly subscription to try it out rather than fork out for the annual sum (relieved I did that now). Ordered on the 27th of July and only just received today the 10th of August. Maybe doesn't seem long to some but given they talk about a 3-5 day delivery period I thought this was exceptionally poor. Had been chasing them continually via social media, their own website and emails (half of the email addresses given just bounce back just FYI) to no avail... Eventually they did respond, but it was vague at best talking about delays to their vinyl record order... And then another delay and email about delayed packaging.
Finally - they give you an option to "veto" an album if you don't want it or if you have it already... When my box arrived today it had the one album I specifically vetoed. Just really disappointed. Would be aswell just buying elsewhere online myself.

A calamity of errors and failures
Albums sold as in stock though rarely in stock and require to wait. Many over priced also.
Subscription - incorrect box sent out. This was the second box so doesn't bode well going forward.
Customer service - hit and miss. Slow at best.
Quality customer service
I was a bit skeptical at first but i have the 3 month 3 vinyl box a try
I had a few issues starting up, parcel damaged by post (vinylbox replaced)
I was falsely charged for my last month (again, vinylbox refunded)
I didn't get my last box (vinylbox sent out again)
You might see I've had some issues there, but every time I went back to vinylbox about them, they solved them. A good business should be judged on it's customer service when it gets it a little wrong.

As a tenured vinyl collector I wanted to get inspired by others suggestions & perspectives and this has worked perfectly to introduce new artists to my collection! Love it!
Website isn’t the easiest to use
Website isn’t the easiest to use! I found it confusing when you have a gift card. I had a 3 month subscription, got my first box fine, struggled ordering the 2nd one and now I’ve had money taken from my account. Not enjoyed the experience at all. I’ve emailed to cancel everything. I can’t remove my card details from the website so have deleted them from shopify. Hopefully I won’t get charged again. See if I get a reply to my email.
