I had my watch 1 month then one day

I had my watch 1 month then one day, it went to a blank screen and stopped charging and totally died. I contacted the company on their FACEBOOK, MESSENGER and support email, and got no reply back. DO NOT BUY FROM VIOLEVA, they will not reply and there is no way you can phone and talk to anyone so you will not get a replacement or refund! DISHONEST AND DISGUSTED.

APPALLING

The watch is expensive compared to similar items but nevertheless initally I was pleased with the function and appearance of the item.Charging was difficult from day one but with patience it worked however after just 4 weeks I now find I cannot charge the watch so it is useless.I have made numerous attempts to contact the company to no avail..please do not purchase from them if you value after sales service

My watch never arrived

My watch never arrived. The email thread is enormous, customer service is appalling. They will not refund me even though the watch has been returned to them. They are a terrible company, do not buy from them. You'll never see the watch and they will vague out on a refund. I'm off to consumer affairs.

Wish I had seen these before ordering

Wish I had seen these before ordering.
I have been asking for a refund and they are ignoring me. They did respond to my first few questions...
I cannot do the strap up... they say its waterproof but there are no functions to choose water activities and the app it links to say its not waterproof

Good cheap light weight watch

Quck delivery and it's a light weight thin good looking basic smart watch. Has a long battery life of 5-7 days and one of the cheapest on the market. Doesn't have all features of my Samsung. Which was heavy and had to be charged every night. So overall it has ticketed all of the boxes for me. Bought to travel with so I didn't have to charge all the time as well.

Contact your Credit Card Company

Same issue as everyone else, the product is beautiful but the step count is WAY OFF. I have tried to contact support through various avenues with no response, now I just want to return. The other features seem to work but who knows how accurately. I only know about the steps because I wore my Fitbit simultaneously. I have contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. The cc company will reimburse my purchase.

Still waiting on refund

I have been trying to get a refund from Violeva since 30th December and no further forward. Customer service was not a problem before I bought the watch. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware - tried to contact them for a refund or replacement as my watch was faulty. The screen is damaged so not fit for purpose. They do not respond to anything. Facebook, instagram, business chat email - no reply.

BEWARE OF Violeva

BEWARE OF Violeva. They do not respond and do not honour their refund policy. I have tried via email, customer support and Facebook to make contact and as soon as you indicate a problem you get no further response from them. The watch looks great but its step count is completely inaccurate I sent photographic evidence and requested either help or an address to return the watch too. I have not had any response from this company.
This is not only disappointing but dishonest.

I love the watch BUT the screen…

I love the watch BUT the screen protector they sent is no good. I really want to protect my lovely watch but when I tried to put the screen protector on the tag you take off the top is stuck too much so damages the protector 😣 I have tried 6 times now to contact the company to get a replacement and they are not responding. I put a comment on their fbook post, they messaged me asking how they’re can help, I replied but got nothing back.
I wanted to order 2 more straps to go with my watch but daren’t now due to total lack of communication.
