All staff members are very welcoming and polite. They talk you through the whole process so you know what is happening.

Very professional and an excellent service, I got an appointment within days of contacting them, they identified that I didn’t need micro suction and needed to see my GP instead and wrote me a referral and answered all my questions and didn’t charge me anything !

I had blocked ears before I went in but within minutes
I could hear again, brilliant.
VIP are Quick, Efficient and Very Polite, can't say more than that. Give them a go if you experience the same.

Called at 9.30 this morning re possible wax removal and assistance with a hearing aid. Got an 11.30 appointment, was seen promptly, hearing aid sorted quickly and wax removed painlessly.
And ... very nice admin lady and hearing specialist.
All in all an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Excellent treatment for start to finish with VIP Hearing Solutions. After avoiding microsuction for so long due to an awful experience I put my faith in VIP Hearing Solution and I'm so glad I did. What a professional and friendly service, they put my fears at ease! I'll be certainly visiting them regularly!

Really helpful. I recently went and got earwax removal and I had alo in there. Took a while and most came out. Going again to clear the rest as the rest was hardened at the back of my ears.

The treatment I received from my initial booking to the examination and treatment was excellent.
The staff, especially the receptionist, was so helpful and the audiologist was fantastic.
I was really put at ease and every detail was fully explained to me.

Finally took the plunge in addressing my long standing hearing issues. The office Manager Sarah put me at ease immediately. Mo Khan tested my ears and diagnosed the hearing loss and reassured me that I don't have a build up of wax. My type of hearing loss has turned out to be fairly complicated, and Mo (and Nick) have shown such patience extending my trial while they commissioned bespoke ear moulds, and again when I chose to change to a different hearing aid provider that could provide a specific additional functionality in the future should I choose that route. They also wrote a referral letter to my doctor providing full details of hearing tests, and recommended a specialist if I chose to pursue privately.
I would completely recommend.

Had ear wax removal by suction rather than pressured water spray. I am so pleased with the results. This procedure was painless and quick. The guy who performed this procedure was friendly and very professional. Would definitely use VIP Hearing Solutions in Eastcote again. First class service. Thankyou.

I am writing this review on behalf of my 86 year old father, Brian, who is a new client of VIP Hearing Solutions. He wrote the following:
"I suffer from a build up of wax in both ears. After applying drops of olive oil for 4 days, I was ready for the procedure . This was just a small tube placed in the ear. You hear a sucking noise and that is it. You are shown the wax particle- No pain, no discomfort. MARVELLOUS!!
Both the receptionist and the audiologist were very friendly and put me at ease. Thank you.

Visited for a routine check up. Nick is professional and charming, he saw ear wax and clearly explained why and how it should be removed. Procedure was carried out immediately, quick and painless. Then had a hearing test and was completely reassured about my range of hearing as I suffer from tinnitus. Was offered a reminder in one years time, and I know they are diligent in following up as I have been to them for a few years now. A very friendly and professional local business.

I visited VIP Hearing Solutions a few months ago, it was a great experience. Feeling a little deaf in one ear, it was dealt with quickly, absolutely painless and with no fuss. Can recommend and would certainly use again.

Just visited your store in Eastcote today for ear wax removal cannot speak highly enough of Nick who done the procedure put me at ease all through the process with fantastic results I can now hear properly again would highly recommend him 5 out of 5 for customer care.

Really impressed by my experience at VIP Hearing. We turned up today without a reservation because my son has been complaining about one of his ears being blocked and the pharmacy round the corner suggested them. The team were friendly and amazingly accommodating - they made time for us and helped us sort out next steps.

Went here as I was concerned that I wasn't always hearing everything. After examination it transpired that both ears were full of wax. As they were blocked I was recommended to use olive oil for a few days to loosen the wax. I returned the following week and the wax was removed successfully, pain free. Very good service and I would recommend to anyone struggling with their hearing.

Needing new hearing aids I decided to try the local company VIP Hearing Solutions instead of going back to a disappointing national chain. I am so glad I did as I can really recommend VIP. Such impressive expertise and amazing five star service.

Visited VIP Hearing Solutions to have a cotton bud removed from my ear. Ear wax was removed at the same time. Quick & painless & all done in 10mins by Mo. Very professional service.
