Complete disregard for customers time and money
I regret ever dealing with Virgos Lounge. Not only did I purchase a dress from them in January, but when it arrived and didn't meet my expectations, I sent it back for a refund.
Their customer service was abysmal. The time frame for processing my refund had past so I contacted them to ask about the status of my refund. Every time I contacted them, all I received were vague assurances that my refund was 'coming soon' and excuses about a 'backlog of refunds'. After I told them I would be taking this further they promised to refund my money within the week, but of course this never materialised. It wasn't until PayPal intervened that I finally got my money back three months later. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers' time and money is unacceptable. Steer clear of Virgos Lounge, they have no respect for their customers.

Sent a refund 28 days ago still no sign of it despite the companies 10 working day policy. Diabolical customer service. I will not purchase with the company again.

I returned my dress because they sent me the wrong size. I've sent them proof of delivery and was told there's an issue/backlog for refunds. Its been weeks now and still not refunded.
I don't even want to give 1 star as not worth even that. Scam company! Avoid at all costs!
**edit. After 3 weeks of hounding virgos lounge- I finally got my refund. When I say hounded I mean about 10 emails a day and comments on a lot of their social media posts on fb and Instagram to warn others. I'm just glad I have my money back but will never use them again.
Poor quality, no refund
SCAM ALERT- Please no one should order from this company, they are fraudulent. I ordered a dress from them on 14th Nov 23, I had to send an email to them before I could receive my order which I was so disappointed in due to poor quality. I returned it but I'm yet to receive my refund. I sent an email to them about 4 weeks after, to which I got a reply saying my refund is being processed. I sent another email like 3 weeks after as I did not receive my refund, but unfortunately no one replied. I sent another email a week later, still no response from Virgos Lounge.
I would appreciate if anyone can advise me on how to open a dispute.

Please do not waste your money with this company! Bought a dress on 8th Nov 2023, returned it as it was too small. I got an email from them to say they received the return on 29th Nov 2023 and they would process within 14 working days. 22 working days passed, no sign of the refund. Sent them an email, they came back and said the refund was being processed. Emailed them again 9 days later, then 8 days later, then 1 day later, then 4 days later, and 4 days again after that. All the while being told my refund was being processed. Well, it wasn’t! I was never so happy that I used PayPal for the purchase, So I opened a case with them and finally received my refund NINE weeks after returning the dress. Save your money time and energy and buy a dress somewhere else because Virgos Lounge don’t care about their customers!

I posted the dress back on 11th Dec and have still not received my refund. I have emailed and been told I will receive it soon. I don’t even know what that means?!? Last two emails have been ignored.
Tried emailing only other email listed but that bounced back, DM them on IG and nothing.

I returned an item via Royal Mail Tracked in the middle of December. I checked the tracking to see that it had been delivered and signed for on 21 December, but heard nothing from Virgos Lounge.
After two weeks (which they state is the refund period), I contacted them with evidence that the item had been recieved by them and I was expecting a refund.
They responded saying that the item had only been received by them on 9 January and I would need to wait to get my refund. I still have not recieved my refund.
Still NO Dress!!
I ordered the Cornelia Dress 10/12/23. Two months later I received a response to my inquiry that the dress would be dispatched in one week. Today is 01/08/24.
Still no dress!!! I paid $542.00 and have not gotten the dress or a refund! SCAMMERS!!

Bought my first ever Virgos Lounge dress back in 2014 for my friends wedding and it was beautiful and worth every penny. Pregnant and celebrating my milestone birthday this year, I thought I'd treat myself to an outfit for my special dinner from them. I ordered on 16th October, emailed the company once prior and twice post ordering. The order was just under £200 after discounts. It is now 21st October and I still have not had a single response nor has my order arrived. I've received two newsletters within that period which makes no sense. This was supposed to be my birthday outfit and looks as though it won't be arriving. Not impressed and would NEVER recommend using this company. I wish I'd read the reviews on here first.

Great idea behind VL,shame about their customer service
I bought a gorgeous dress but it had so many missing beads on the sleeves.VL explained that this was normal due to the designs of the dress , they dont exchange clothes and advise to request extra beads.
