Still waiting for refund which has been…

Still waiting for refund which has been over 2 weeks. I had to pay £9 for recorded delivery with no update from them.
Also ordered a preordered dress which arrived later than they stated online. Awful service.
Chased refund via email twice with no feedback.

Avoid at all costs

Returned a dress at my expense, which they received on 11 May. Still no refund. I will never order from them again. They now have the item and my money. Disgusting.

Amazing clothing and even better customer service

I ordered a dress from Virgos Lounge this morning which I left very last minute for a university ball I have in 5 days time. When purchasing the expected delivery can be up to five working days which could have resulted in arriving a day later later than my ball. After purchasing I emailed Virgos Lounge customer services and kindly asked if they could post out my order ASAP. I wasn't expecting a reply for at least 2-3 working days however, they emailed me back only 38 minutes later, to tell me that they had shipped my order for next day delivery. I honestly cannot believe it! They shipped my order and replied back to me within 38 minutes! I am someone who orders all of my clothing online and I have never received such customer service like this. I offered to pay an additional fee for the next day delivery and they told me it was no problem, therefore did not charge me anything extra. I have already received my email from DPD to say it will be arriving tomorrow. I cannot recommend this brand enough in terms of beautifully crafted elegant clothing, customer service, and price. This brand really cares about the welfare of their customers and goes out of their way to ensure the customer is completely satisfied, which is very rare today! Take it from someone who orders from multiple brands, I've never received service like this before. I am one happy customer, highly recommend and very reliable. Thank you to the team at Virgos Lounge, you've made my day!

I have now purchased 4 dresses from Virgos Lounge as I know the quality is always great, items true to size and always super speedy delivery. Communication from their customer service team was fast & efficient (on this last order I had a question). Very happy - thank you.

Appalling customer service

Ordered a dress in Feb for my daughters prom. Money was out of my account right away. Order delivery date came and went with zero info from virgos lounge.
I emailed them regarding this and was told that the dress had been delayed but was assured that it would be delivered the end of April. This also came and went and I emailed them again only to be emailed back with a cancellation of the dress and a refund. No option to wait or explanation so now left with a 17 year old with no dress for her prom and just a month to source something else.
Appalling customer service. No updates unless you chase them up but they're willing to take the money from your account right away even for a pre ordered dress.
Avoid this company like the plague.

If there was zero, i would have given that. I agree every single poor comment below as I also experienced them all.
Worst ever customer service and company I have ever shopped and dealt with. No response, no contact number, have to pay for your return, refund delays, long delivery, absolute disaster!

Never ever buy from this shop

Never ever buy from this shop. I returned the dress I bought for over €300 and I am waiting over 3 weeks for my refund, they are ignoring all of my emails. My bank has no record of any refund. It’s an absolute disgrace that there is no contact number for this company. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Will never buy from this company again

Terrible service, avoid!!!

I ordered 3 dresses and they were all too long so went to return. There’s no free returns, it cost me £20 to send them back! I received an email to say they had been received back in February, a month later and I’m still waiting on a refund, I have sent numerous emails and have not had a response. Will never buy from this company again!

4 weeks and still no refund!!!

Virgos Lounge confirmed receipt of my dress on the 11th February and advised my refund would be processed within working 14 working days!l, which in itself is an joke! Here we are 4 weeks later and still no sign of my refund, I have emailed numerous times chasing but not received a single response. Customer service is non existent woth this company and unless you can afford to be out of pocket for £100s for weeks - don’t bother ordering from these!
