The returns policy is very poor

The returns policy is very poor. Had to pay for recorded delivery. Most online retailers have free returns so this was unexpected. It’s quite usual when online shopping to order a few sizes as sizes can differ between shops. To have to pay to return a dress is a real deterrent. Don’t think I’ll use the company again even though I kept one dress and I love it! Also the sequins were falling off eveywhere when trying the dress on!

I bought a beautiful dress from virgos…

I bought a beautiful dress from virgos lounge a few years ago and I recently took it to the dry cleaners , they cleaned it following the care instructions to the letter and it has ruined the dress. The dry cleaners have been fantastic and contacted virgos lounge to complain as the care label was incorrect . They got immediate responses from them and the company asked me to get in touch. I contacted them and they responded immediately and offered me a replacement dress which At this point I was really impressed with the service . However 3 weeks later , several emails from both me and the dry cleaners , several messages on Facebook and the customer service team seem to have vanished off the face of the earth !! No sign of a replacement and in fact no contact back from them since the initial email offering the replacement !! I don’t know where to go from here ?? This is not the level Of service you would expect from the high end prices you pay,

Nice Dresses - Poor Customer Service

Incredibly difficult to get a response from customer services in response to refunds. Took 15 working days for half of my refund to land back in my account but have had to chase, without response, for the other half of the same order to be refunded. Cannot understand why one order wasn’t refunded as one?
So 16 working days later I am still awaiting half of my refund. No response from customer services, although after emailing again yesterday I do now have a refund notification, so may be getting somewhere.
These dresses are expensive and are a lot of outlay. Only buy if you are sure the item will be suitable or you can afford to wait weeks and weeks and have to chase to get your money back if it’s not.
Dresses ordered for an occasion were unsuitable. I didn’t find them well sized. I am 5ft 6 and the midi dress dragged on the floor. Both were far too long for me and I’m not exactly short. Both were very pretty though so I was disappointed.
Unfortunately I will be giving this company a very wide berth in future.

Refund issue!!!!

I ordered a dress for a wedding,size too small so enquired about an exchange.not possible,so I returned(out of my own pocket)the dress and ordered a different one as it was needed for the occassion.thought,ok....its a lot of money but il get my refund.(1st dress €130,2nd €175) I was emailed 14/12/2021 to inform my order returned&to expect my refund under the timeframe advised on the site.all fine.since then I have emailed 4 times&private messaged on facebook twice&not so much as a response. I consider myself a patient person,but what I find unacceptable for any company is to ignore&not deal with queries from customers especially when I am&have been deemed entitled to my refund.
I was recommended this site by a few friends......&its not to say I'm not happy with the 2nd dress I received but the quality of customer service does not reach the same standard.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Ordered my item. The item arrived and it wasn’t true to size.
I sent the item back 3/1/22 and it was received and signed for 6/1/22. I have emailed multiple times in regards to whether my refund is being processed. My emails were ignored until I posted a public comment via Instagram, I then promptly received an email saying I’d be updated when they got round to my order. It is now over a week later and I still have not received a response or update. I suggest if you cannot keep up with orders and provide decent customer care that you reduce your volume of orders.

Returned, no refund, no replies

I received a dress in November 2021. Returned it a few days later. Emailed them to ask when I would be refunded 10 working days later. I am now over a month since return, no refund and no response. Such a shame because the dresses are beautiful but I will never use this company again.

I ordered 3 blouses

I ordered 3 blouses, they sent me 2 that I ordered and 1 that I never, was gutted as it was for the one I really wanted, the one they sent was £10 cheaper, still waiting to hear from them about refund.

Will never use this service again

Will never use this service again.
I ordered a dress from Ireland- it arrived 10 days later and quality was poor. When I went to send it back 15 euro vat was deducted from the cost of my refund plus I had to pay another 11 euro in shipping meaning I am 26 euro out of pocket.

Zero communication

Zero communication, as stated on the website to reform faulty goods you have to email prior, I emailed Tuesday 30th November, today is Tuesday 7th December still no reply. Completely unprofessional and will be raising a charge back should they take the liberty to charge postage fees as it is against my statutory right. Would avoid this company at all costs if you want to order use a reputable company such as ASOS

Beautiful dress

Beautiful dress, great quality and a fabulous fit. However I paid for 1 business day delivery and it did not arrive within this timeframe. It did not arrive in time for the intended event which was a pity.

Refunds

I ordered items, when arrived and tried on they did not suit. I returned the items via Royal Mail tracked and signed for as stated in the returns policy, the return alone cost me £20 which I felt was ridiculous, the only company I’ve ever shopped from that you need to pay for a return especially giving the price of the items! So I tracked the items which were accepted and signed for on the 22nd of November I have yet to receive any correspondence to tell me Virgos lounge have got my goods and when I’ll be getting a refund as I had spend quite a lot of money! I have made numerous attempts emailing to no avail, absolutely awful customer service, I would not order again or recommend anyone doing so!

The dress is beautiful and wore it to a party i found the dress to be to long even with heels on and had to take to the tailor to it shortened. I think there must have been a fault with the dress on the back seam as this ripped whilst at the party. Very embarrassing 😳 Unfortunately I cannot return it due to alterations made. Otherwise it’s a beautiful dress
