Customer Service Seems to be Improving

Update- Customer service did reach out to me after two emails and immediately refunded my money for the missing skirt. They also sent a return label for the other the other items so I don’t have to pay and apologized for the mistake. I can appreciate that.

From my experience, it looks like they’re trying to make things right. While I’m still disappointed about not getting the skirt, I appreciate their attempt to resolve the issue. I may give them another chance in the future.

I didn’t receive the skirt that I ordered in my package. I emailed customer service 4 days ago to notify them and they never responded. The site says they respond in 48 hours. 96 hours later, and I’ve heard nothing. As a result, I’ll be returning the items that I did receive because I no longer need it without the skirt. Oh and have to pay to return the order since I’m in the USA.

This was my first time ordering from Virgos Lounge and after my experience, this is my last. It would have been nice if they tried to fix the issue.

I ordered a skirt and top from Virgos…

I ordered a skirt and top from Virgos lounge on the 26th September. I received it on the 29th September. The top was too big and the skirt was a bit tight so I checked their returns policy. It stated that they don’t offer free returns and I would have have to pay for postage myself. Not only this but I had to send it via recorded delivery. I was shocked by this because I have never had to do this with other retailers. I sent it back on Thursday 7th October. It cost £8.95!! I think that is absolutely ridiculous. This should’ve been made clear when ordering. I tracked the parcel and it was signed for the next day. It is now the 18th October and I haven’t even received an email to say that they have received it, let alone my refund. I thought because it was sent recorded delivery that I would’ve received a refund relatively quickly. What did I pay £9 for? This is just not acceptable. I never would’ve ordered from Virgos lounge had I known this and I will never order anything again.

I am extremely disappointed in this…

I am extremely disappointed in this company.

Your delivery and return policy is the worst I have seen.

I have been ignored on email and social media.

I returned my products now over a month ago and I have still not received my refund.

The fact I am getting continuously ignored now and no update on my return after I paid for tracked delivery.

I will never use or recommend this company.

terrible customer service

Made an order and was sent wrong sizing of both items. Contacted VL via both Instagram & email & was offered a pre paid postage label. Never received so chased them again and was told to pay the postage myself…. Even though they sent the wrong items? Poor customer service would never use again. If I wanted to purchase anything from VL I would go via ASOS

Very bad service

Very bad service. I ordered with express delivery of 1 day but I received the dress 3 days too late! I don’t need the dress anymore and will send it back. And now I have to pay for the shipment costs myself!! After making the payment for the dress I never received a confirmation that my shipment is on its way. I contacted Virgos Lounge by email but never received a response.

Overpriced

Read all the negative reviews about refunds and returns on Trustpilot so I decided to rather order from ASOS.

I have to say the quality is shocking! Item was initially listed for £500 but I got it on sale for £140, which in my opinion is still too much. The item I received looked nothing like the image on ASOS. Beading was falling off, the jumpsuit was white but was full of brown smudges and smelled strongly of plastic. The material was cheap and see through, which meant you could see the white squares of the pockets through the trousers.

There was also no way they could tell me it was a faulty item, as my sister in law order the same jumpsuit and even though it was clean this time, it was still the same cheap fabric and terrible beading.

Never Again!

Yet again I am forced to give a follow up review on Virgos Lounge Customer Service, I have yet to receive information since last week about a return address as this information was not provided in the parcel, if I could give NO STARS I would, this is by far the worst customer service I have come across and stop blaming C19!! Just send me the information to return this item!!!

At the moment I really don’t even want…

***update** I sent a dispute through PayPal which is how I paid for the item. I revived a refund the next day. I have not received a reply to any of the several emails, social media messages I have sent.

At the moment I really don’t even want give this company a one star rating. There customer service is appalling, they do not get back to emails or social media messages!

I have returned a dress which has been delivered and been over 14 days when I should of received it.

Unable to find refund address

On the returns page on the website it tells you where not to send your refund but does not give the address to send it to. It then goes onto say email to get the latest returns address. I have emailed and received no response. There is only a 14 day window to send the products back and I am fast running out of time. Does any know what the address is. I will be writing to Trading Standards and Citizens Advice Bureau. I will be £150 out of pocket because of Thier negligence.

Don't purchase if you want a refund!
The company have some cute items, but do not purchase directly from them if you want a refund. I ordered a dress from their site, it was too big so I returned the item.

It's been over 2 month and I haven't received an email confirming they have received the item. I am still waiting for a response and confirmation that my refund will be processed. I have emailed them multiple times and I still haven't gotten a response.Its shocking because they keep sending marketing/promo emails and they can't even respond to my email! I may have to raise a dispute to my bank. Very poor customer service.

I will never purchase an item from them again!

I sent back two dresses .VIrgos Longue has them on 03/18. Until then, without a refund, I wrote a lot of unanswered emails about it. I do not recommend. The first time I have such a bad example of unprofessional customer service.I have been deceived

No accountability

I had ordered a dress and was surprised that the package had arrived within a week (in CA, so a week is fast!). When opening the package it was not the dress I had ordered. It wasn't in my size so it was clear that they had packaged someone else's order and sent it to me. I emailed customer service and they confirmed that my dress was sent to someone in Australia and vice versa, with me receiving that customers dress. Customer service was quick to email me back and even Fioye Akinsola (one of their founders) emailed me directly to apologize of their error. At first, they had asked if I could send the dress to it's owner in Australia. Ok. Boom sure -sending it to Australia. I waited for the shipping information only to find out that they needed me to ship the dress back to them (UK). Fine. Done! Within a week they had their dress back. I even followed up with the confirmation email showing that I had sent their dress back. Y'all tell me why they still charged me for the return shipping? And above all, both customer service and Fioye have since ghosted me and have not returned any of my emails when asked about this. I would go as far to say that they blocked my email as I just now attempted to email them on another email account, and I received their automated response email ("due to covid our response time is..." email). I was receiving the automated response before on my original email but after inquiring about who was responsible for shipping I don't even get the automated email response, just complete silence on their end. Super frustrated at how they were responsive when they needed their dress back, but when I follow up on getting a full refund due to their error, they completely ghost me. I fully recognize that it's just shipping and I was able to order and receive the dress that I wanted. But let's be real, I still ordered again despite THEIR error, and drove to their designated courier location to get their item back to them (full cooperation and second chances virgos lounge, seriously!). Time, and money has been spent to accommodate them but it just frustrating that you can't get clear communication or accountability on their end.

I am sorry but I totally disagree with all of the bad reviews about the brand Virgos Lounge.
I bought from it a top and a skirt: the quality is GOOD and they fit pretty well on me.
Plus they look like in photo.
I love this brand really. It is gorgeous!!
I am really satisfied with my purchase!!
