VILE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Took over 10 working days to send the item. Had to send Instagram DMs and emails to find the return address. Which turned out to be a big yellow storage.

Waited 14 days no refund. Emailed them and they said they didn’t receive it even though it was sent tracked 1st class. No number to call. Had to call big yellow storage to confirm they received the parcel. Now going through my bank to retrieve my money!!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! BUY ELSEWHERE

I bought 2 dresses from there in 2 sizes both did not fit. They sizes is always off. I returned both dresses in August and now come September they are saying the dress has not been received even though i sent it first class next day delivery to their registered business address. They are refusing to take ownership and keep directing me to Royal Mail. I wish i read these reviews before hand and saved myself the money £££. I will be taking them to small claims court and i Urge everyone to do the same. I have also got contacts with watchdog so please msg me if you want to add your stories too.
Quality of the dresses is so thin and material feels very cheap
Customer service is minus and responses delayed. You may get a response at 2am as they know normal humans are asleep and cannot respond back.

poor quality. Badly sized. Wait forever for money back.

Ordered a dress which fit really badly. Top half seemed a different size to the bottom half of the dress. On the photo it looked classy and a nice ice blue. When it arrived the sequins looked cheap, the icy blue colour looked like a dirty blue and the stitching had come away down the side
Of the dress before I even tried it on. Didn’t feel nice on at all. Purchased in the sale and it wasn’t even worth the sale price let alone the £160 odd quid. Returned the dress as a none fitting dress and as it was faulty due to stitching. They classed it as just not fitting and I had to pay return postage-even though technically it was faulty on arrival..I’m still waiting for my refund. I ordered it on 17th October. The return wasn’t acknowledged until 2nd November. Yes their T&Cs state up to 14 working days but this is absolutely ridiculous. Their last given date is 21st Nov for a refund. Guessing they’re going to wait until the last minute to give me my money back) Will be opening a PayPal case if that money isn’t in my account on Thursday. Have advised friends who were going to order from here not to and will never order from here again. Avoid. Better dresses with better quality elsewhere.
EDIT:21st November and still no refund. I’ve emailed and it’ll take up to 48hours just to get a response. Contacting PayPal this morning as this is ridiculous.
AVOID THIS COWBOY COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I wish there was no star

I wish there was no star, because that’s what they really deserve. I purchased 2 dresses from them 3 years ago, no issues, beautiful quality, good size match, so I decided to buy another dress from them in the beginning of August this year. I returned the dress the next day because the size didn’t match and the quality was despicable. But still in need of a dress so decided to buy another one, double the price of the first one wishing for better quality. The second dress was a good size match but definitely not the same as the one on the site, horrible fabric, the color was different and it had a lot of pulling in the front, so returned it too. Total refund more than 200£. September 6 today, no refund, emailed them, first told to wait 14 working days for each refund, then to wait for 30 August, then to wait another 5 working days. And this is only for de first dress. I imagine what I have to wait for the second one.
They charge the money immediately when you buy, but they need a month for a refund.
I have bought from other Uk sites, never had issues, maximum of 7 working days for a refund!
Don’t buy from them!!! They changed the fabrics! The dresses look 10£ At most.

So wish I had read these reviews before I purchased from Virgo’s lounge!! Bought a £175 dress on 2nd May, sent it back on the 9th and heard nothing from them until the 21st of May to say they had received it, no way it took that long to get back to them!

It’s now 4the june and I am still waiting on my £175 back, have emailed them to complain but doubt it will get me anywhere!

Will never buy from them again and will be warning everyone I know to avoid them at all costs! it’s disgraceful and bad customer service I’ve never had to wait this long on a refund from any other company!

TOOK AGES TO REFUND!
Bought 3 dresses, I returned them on the 25th March, Virgos lounge received them on the 27th March. On April 1st they emailed me to say they had received my return and my refund would be processed by the 16th April !

By the 17th I had received no refund or monies back to my bank. Then on the 19th I get an email to say my refund had been processed but would be a further few days before it showed in my bank!

Utter disgrace that they drag it out and take so long to refund. Totally unacceptable to trade in that way. I own a boutique myself and refunds are literally the click of a button!

I would never shop with them again knowing that if I need to return anything it takes so long to get a refund,

I would personally avoid

Never again

Ordered a dress. It arrived and was cheap looking and didn't fit. Returned and now 3 weeks on i am still waiting for the money to go back into my account, even though they confirmed receipt of the dress 3 weeks ago. Shambles of a service.

Returned an item 3 weeks ago - yet to receive refund

I returned an item to them 3 weeks ago and have been going back and forth with them since as they claim to have not received my item. The speed with which they respond to my emails is extremely poor and it is very inconvenient that they do not have a number that I can directly call. I have never experienced this with any other online retail store so I am more than surprised to be experiencing it now.

Ordered 2 dresses and a jumpsuit and none fit!

Returned the items last week, which according to tracking information they have received on the 12th July. However, they are claiming that they did not receive the parcel.

Absolutely rubbish - DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Absolutely rubbish.

Delivery - Only free over £250 which is ridiculous and then when you send the products back, you don't get your refund for ages. Also takes around a week for the items to be delivered.

Returns policy - I sent my items back on 14th June which included two dresses and on the 11th July, I am still waiting for a refund for one dress. Even though the company confirmed they have received BOTH of my dresses in my return!

Response to complaints - appalling. They don't reply for 48 hours and even then, a complaint is not resolved.

Clothes quality - very delicate. They even openly admit that beading and sequins come off their clothing so they provide extra. Sizing is a joke. Around 2 sizes too small.

Only shop on this website if you want to wear clothes two sizes bigger than you need, you are 100% sure what size you need, you like replacing missing sequins on your dresses and you don't mind waiting a month for a return!

I bought a dress from Virgos Lounge

I bought a dress from Virgos Lounge, absoutely in no doubt one of the best dresses that I have ordered. The delivery came for three/four days, and the dress was perfect, same size i order, dress was gorgeous. I would recommend people to buy from Virgos Lounge as they are Excellent. I would GIVE them 10 STARS.

Wrote a review about the dress i had bought. I returned item nearly a month ago, read reviews about length of time it took to have refunds. Gave benefit of the doubt, waited until today, 10th April (a few days less than a month on return) and I am still yet to receive my refund!!! Never ever order from this company!!

Really poor company.

Really poor company.

I recently purchased a prom dress for my daughter costing £200. When it arrived they had sent a size 16 when i'd ordered a size 10. Getting a refund took almost 4 weeks and several email exchanges.

Returned items over a month still no refund

Bought two dresses from their website but returned one as it was too big. I returned my item over a month ago in which I had an email to say the last day of processing the refund would be 19th April. Still nothing. I have emailed them twice with no response. Will never order from this website again. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Photos on website do not match products.

I ordered a dress which on the website looks like it has small pleats from the side seam, which I thought would be flattering across my tum. When it came there are no pleats. When I emailed I was told the pleating had occured because of how the model had her hand. Its false misrepresentation. They will not pay for the cost of the return. I agree with other reviews. The dresses are very over priced. Cheap material.

Good Experience

Looking at all the reviews I am surprised because I ordered 2 dresses from them and they look amazing. Quality is good even the lining inside is of satin not at all cheap. I've kept the dresses but I am not sure about refund process so can't comment.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

If you absolutely must get one of their dresses get it from another supplier. The returns and refund process is APPALLING. I've been waiting for over a month for my refund (which is technically illegal), despite acknowledgement from the company on 5th August that they had received my returned parcel. There is no contact number (typical) and I have had zero replies to my emails. When I've spent over £100 on a dress this is absolutely not OK.

Sad that their nice dresses are cancelled out by the awful customer service. Definitely one to avoid.

Avoid at all costs!

I bought a dress from Virgos Lounge which looked beautiful on the website. When it arrived it looked NOTHING like it did on the website. It was a really cheap material, when I tried it on it was a horrible fit too. I can't believe how cheap and nasty it was after the lovely photo online! To make matters worse I sent it back over a month again and STILL haven't had a refund. There's no telephone number for them and when I email they just say 3-5 days.... I'm still waiting!

Before my dress arrived and I knew it was so vile I had recommended the site to a friend as the dresses do look good on the website. Her dress arrived and it was the exact same thing, cheap and nasty looking, awful fit so she returned hers too and she still doesn't have a refund either! Absolute joke of a company! Do not use!!!
