Waiting on refund

Order arrived promptly. That's the only positive. Item returned, however after nearly 3 weeks I have not received refund, nor a response to my emails. Communication is very poor, as advised, they only review emails between 12 to 6 Monday to Friday! I would advise not to order directly from this site. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere!

No sign of my refund

Returned an unwanted item and got confirmation it was received. Still no refund over 3 weeks later and no contact from the seller. I am so disappointed as delivery was speedy and I love the 2nd dress I bought. ( luckily I am keeping it) I have raised a PayPal dispute in the hope of seeing my money again. I really wanted to leave a positive review but sadly the company have let themselves down.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I returned £550 worth of dresses to which they have sent me an email confirming they have received my return. 10-14 working days I’ve have waited patiently as stated in the email for the money to be refunded. I still haven’t received my refund & have sent emails after email but no reply. I can’t get a contact number to actually speak to someone. This is totally unacceptable!! I’ll never be ordering from them again & would strongly advice others not to

Still waiting for my refund!!

I returned my items which reached the store on April 13th. They confirmed they received it on April 19th (don't understand why it took them 6 days to pick up the parcel when it was right in front of their doorstep). Was informed I should receive my refund in 14 business days and am still waiting for my refund. I don't understand why it takes THIS long to refund an item. There was no issue buying from them, but somehow refunds are dragged out. It's almost like they don't want to give you your money back. I have all forms of proof and receipts. Like everyone else, I wish I had read the reviews as everyone has the same issue. I'm very surprised as they appear to be a legit business but all of this feels very shady.

No stars. I have returned my items weeks ago (signed for parcel by 'H' 'Big Yellow'...and still have not received my refund. I have sent emails to try to find out what is happening to no reply. I have also contacted Klarna whom I used for payments and they have not been notified either to instigate a refund by Virgos Lounge. What an absolute disaster of a set up. Please do no buy from this company. UNTRUSTWORTHY.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a dress which I returned. Virgos lounge received my return on March 1st. They emailed me to say I would receive my refund in 14 days. This is now April 2nd and I still have no refund and they are not replying to emails.

I have been waiting for over 2 months…

I have been waiting for over 2 months for a refund, I have contacted them numerous times through every platform I can think off and no reply. I only wish I had checked this website prior to purchasing.

no return available

I am trying to return 2 dresses for 1 week now! They dont reply to emails and I have to return from the Netherlands it will cost me 40,- euros because they didn’t send me a dhl returnform and they dont respond.
I am so stressed. I want my money back:(

Do not buy and expect a prompt refund!!!!!!

I echo the other poor reviews. Customer care is non existent.
Having been a regular customer of Virgos Lounge for over 10 years, I ordered a dress direct from their website for a Christmas party.
It arrived in poor condition, dragged fabric, missing beads the sewing was of a poor quality.
I returned the parcel at my own expense by recorded delivery. The do not offer a free return service. The dress arrived back with Virgos Lounge 16th December.
It's now 7th January, and despite countless emails regarding a refund, no reply has been received from their customer care.
The are also unreachable via Facebook or Instagram.
It's appalling service and I will not be ordering from this company again.
If refund is not receive soon, I will report to trading standards.

Still haven't had my refund since…

Still haven't had my refund since returning my dresses in October 2022. No response to my emails and no telephone to call them on. Will be reporting them to trading standards. Do not use this company!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. They never refunded me £193 after I sent goods back. I have reported them to trading standards. I would suggest others do the same - they should not be allowed to operate

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering from them as it sounds exactly like the terrible experience I’ve had so far. Sent my return back which I paid tracked postage for and they confirmed they received it a few weeks ago and said they would refund within next 14 working days. I emailed to chase them and still no reply. Will never be ordering from them again.

I wonder why THIS company is still running, i swear I'm pissed, i returned an outfit first class recorded its now 4wks i have sent countless emails no reply even just to acknowledge that they have received and no refund. Absolutely a joke. Only if i had read the reviews before buying. Never again buying from this shop NEVER

****Refund delay*****

Still awaiting refund after various emails to customer servies. Email received stating they recieved my return , five emails to customer service and as of today 06/10/2022 still no reply order Value 110.00euro. Very poor CS, WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN

Terrible customer service

Returned 3 dresses totally almost £400 on 1st of August. They received them on 3rd of August.

Didn't receive acknowledgement they received them until 8th of August. Writing this on 7th of September and still no refund!! It's a joke that they say it takes up to 12-14 WORKING days for a refund to be processed. I'm sitting here 20 working days later without my money!

Customer service are non-existent. Never reply to emails and no other way of contacting. Laughable that they have an automated email still blaming the pandemic. I am never buying from here again.

Awaiting refund after 6 weeks

Returned a dress and received an email saying they received my return and would refund within 14 working days. That was on 6th july. It is now 23rd August and I have not received a refund. £140. I have emailed customer care 3 times and have received only the automated response which ridiculously still claims Covid 19 is delaying their email responses.

Have now received refund, into account on 1st September almost 2 months of emailing. Would never order from company again.
