This company is a scam. I paid via crypto and the login details were never provided. Support tickets were never answered. It seems this company does not exist anymore and had a data breach in mid-June 2025. These fake merchants collect payments from unsuspecting customers, then vanish with both the money and card details. I also filed a Federal Trade Commission (FTC) complaint for scams and unfair business practices.

Cant connect server
Ok, price is low and when connected its fast. But, I am not using the service much and in less than 3 weeks when I need to use it I cant login and server is not connecting. Last time it was an update. Updating 2-3 days? This is the second time and I am waiting for response.
3 stars for now. If it works as it should be its definitely a 5 star.

We've responded to your concerns via support ticket. You have subscribed to a shared plan. Shared plans are hosted on environments that are "shared" with other users. Each user gets their own secure desktop but other users share the host resources. If you log-off your desktop at the end of each session your files, settings and data are secured using standard *nix permissions based security. If you'd like to change to a dedicated plan please contact support and we will put you on an unshared environment. **Also, we offered to shift one of your shared accounts onto another host but you didn't reply to the support ticket.

Brilliant service! A god send to those who don't have a Mac!
I absolutely adore this service! Perfect for students! It's fast, James is always there to help and i have never had any issue he couldn't immediately fix! This is my second time using it and I have recommended it to everyone I know. Long story short, my husband had a final coding exam earlier this year so I set this up for him and cancelled once it was over. We didn't realize there was still a final project left so here we are again! James as always very accommodating, making sure any issues were taken care of, always quick to respond and ever the helpful! I don't think my husband would have ever been able to pass without this service! Now his masters is finally complete and we both would 10/10 recommend this service!

Bad service, poor communication
We tried the service, the machine speed quality is really bad and you don't have admin access to install anything.
Worst part is that after requesting to stop the service we are still getting charged monthly with no response and we had to contact PayPal and bank to stop the charges.
Update
After contacting PayPal and disputed the transaction I heard back from James and got a refund.

We replied to this user within hours after the first email was sent which was in the very early AM. The user sent a string of emails throughout the night culminating with the bad review of our service in the very early AM. All of this was done before our regular business hours. First thing in the morning we provided a full refund on the overpayments and reached out to the customer explaining the timing issue(ie. emails received during the middle of the night). The overpayments were a result of the user not cancelling the PayPal recurring payment at termination of the subscription as per our cancellation policy.
Furthermore, there were no support tickets regarding the overpayments and the only support ticket was asking for assistance with installing apps which we replied to with instructions on how to request admin authentication. Our shared service clearly states that admin authentication is provided by support. We're working very hard to provide an affordable and effective alternative to costly Mac ownership.
