Wow, this was a great experience for or 14 year old birthday. Right from submitting our inquiry, Graham was on the ball with communication. We rented headsets for our son’s birthday party and the whole process was fast and seamless. Graham made sure our headsets arrived early to insure we had them for the party and gave lots of helpful instructions on setting them up and looking after them. We are looking forward to renting VR’s again!!

I rented a VR set for a week while on my winter break. It was a wonderful holiday activity, and a budget-friendly way to experience VR for the first time. Graham was quick to help when one of the controllers wasn't syncing.

I had an idea to try out a first time virtual reality experience for a birthday event and decided to look online to see what was available. Upon doing some research on Google, across different websites, I settled upon Virtual Reality Rental. I was not disappointed. From the start, Graham was very communicative, extremely helpful and prompt. He was accommodating with suggestions that may help with the choice of equipment, two of the Quest 3 headsets, based on what I was looking for - long sessions of VR fun. The information and instructions he provided were detailed, thorough and easy to follow. He kept me updated prior to, throughout and also after the four day hire when it unfortunately came time to send the equipment back. Even so, the experience was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Great Product, Excellent Service. We hired a Quest 3 from Graham. The hiring process was easy, and the VR came with a great variety of games. It arrived on time with a great set of instructions.

Setting it up took less than five minutes and was very easy, even for a tech-challenged person like me. Graham provided excellent backup and advice.

I hired a Quest 3 from Virtual Reality Rental a few weeks ago. The experience was wonderful. Best possible customer experience. Graham was such a pleasure to deal with. Extremely helpful about everything. Always replied to messages immediately. It was obvious how much he cares about the customer having the best possible experience. Quest 3 headset was in perfect condition. Delivery and sending Quest back was made as simple as it could possibly be. Look forward to renting again soon.

I hired the Meta Quest 3 in order to see what it was like before buying one. Graham was very helpful, he responded very quickly to my questions and assisted with some technical issues that I encountered.
It came with a lot of games and various apps installed. It was absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be purchasing one for myself.
