I hired a Quest 3 over the Christmas holidays. None of us had experienced VR before and the whole family had a blast. So much fun. The service received from Graham was nothing short of exceptional. Everything arrived packaged neatly, a ton of games were included, clear easy to follow instructions all made for a fabulous experience. I would highly recommend renting from Graham.

Graham has very fast response times, excellent knowledge and really great quality equipment. Definitely recommend go anyone wanting to hire, even just for a weekend of gaming like myself!

We absolutely loved hiring these! The quality of the experiences and the vast range of games and apps are incredible. Something for everyone. It’s so good that I got completely carried away in an escape room adventure one night, that I didn’t go to bed until 3am! Oops!

At first I was apprehensive about a hiring from an online company but Graham from Virtual Reality Rental went above and beyond to have quick response to answer questions about the hire, changing my booking dates and postage enquires. Upon receiving the units the instructions were broken down step by step making first time use of the units easy. I couldn't recommend this company more.

Easy to rent, good communication. I liked that the Meta Quest 2 headsets had additional padding so that it didn’t feel heavy or got too sweaty when wearing it for a long time. Battery lasted well, good compilation of games (Help Wanted, Beat Saber, PVP games etc.). Better game selection than other competitors (have tried other VR rentals), so that was the big plus.

I was worried about hiring from a company from out of town, but Graham did everything he could to make sure the headsets arrived early and his prices were far better than any I could find in Auckland!

I had an excellent experience renting a virtual reality (VR) kit from VRR. The initial inquiry went smoothly, with a clear explanation of the process and good communications. I decided to rent the kit over the long King's birthday weekend, and to my surprise, it arrived two days early! Bonus. The kit was well-packaged in a box and light stands in a parcel Easy to put together.
Setting it up was a breeze, and the kit was logically packed, allowing me to easily put everything back in the box when I was done. I had a fantastic time using it, and the return process was incredibly simple. I put everything back in the same order, sealed the box, took it to the post office, handed it over, and made sure it was scanned. Overall, it was an A++ experience. I want to express my gratitude and highly recommend their service to anyone interested in testing VR capabilities.
