We rented 2x Occulus Quest 2 over a long weekend. They arrived slightly early giving us even more time to test all the games. Graham was on hand if we needed any help setting things up - but we didnt need to given that the instructions were spot on and super easy to follow. Returning them was just as easy - even though we didnt really want to!! Thanks again, highly recommend Graham for all your VR Rental needs.

Graham was very accommodating with my rental of the Steam Deck recently. He had plenty of information in regards to the return process, and made adding an extension for an extra week a breeze. Would recommend to anyone looking to hire out some high quality equipment any time.

The International Antarctic Centre needed rental VR Headsets for a 3 month summer screening of "Thin Ice VR" - a 23 minute virtual reality experience about Shackleton's famous 1916 Antarctic voyage and rescue mission. Every day, there were 6 x 30 minute shows. Virtual Reality Rental provided 40 Headsets and Headphones for the experience. Graham Parker gave us exceptional service, was there in a flash whenever we needed help, fixed any damaged equipment, and bent over backwards to help us deliver a quality experience to our customers. We had an expo last week in Hamilton, and despite the distance, could not be happier with the service Virtual Reality Rental provided us. Professional, communicative, and just made the whole process simple for us. All our questions were answered and the instructions on how to set up, use and repack the gear were clear to follow. Having a VR in our booth was a highlight and attracted people to see us. Many who came by never experienced VR before, and had a blast, even commenting on how VR could be fun for their centers/homes. We had a 7-day hire and consider the price to have been very reasonable. Thank you for everything Graham.
