Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the customer service, finding it unresponsive and difficult to reach a live person, often encountering automated messages or no replies to emails. Customers also frequently reported issues with payments, including problems with card activation, funds being taken away, and cards not working as expected. The website itself was a source of frustration, with users experiencing login problems, broken links, and difficulties redeeming rewards. Additionally, some people were unhappy with product-related issues, such as faulty items received through the rewards system and restrictions on how virtual cards could be used, making them difficult to spend or transfer.

BEWARE !!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Everytime I use this website there is a problem. I will no longer use. It is unacceptable to not assist a customer who hasn't had access to a product they purchased 3 days ago. I understand reviewing a purchase but 3 days to review but 1 minute to take my money!!!! It's FRAUD & THEFT

They're a scam

They're a scam. I received an email about a prize from a prize website, and when I tried to claim it, surprise! Someone else had already claimed it someone from abc@def email address, It's obviously a fake email and it seems to be an inside job to get the prize back after it can't be redeemed. I feel cheated and scammed.
My email is 100% secure, and no one could have accessed the redemption link, so how is this possible?

Zero stars is not an option

The only reason I gave it one star is because I could not give zero stars.

Virtual Reward Center (Virtual Incentives) is a company used by Sago/Schlesinger for the processing of virtual rewards (i.e. Visa or Mastercard virtual gift cards).

The product is extremely difficult to use, and I suspect intentionally designed this way, so that the company can retain unused balances for itself. Examples of difficulty of use:
- The transaction must be for the balance on the card or less (it will not allow a transaction of greater than the amount to be processed, enabling you to split pay). The result is that if your transaction is not exactly the balance, you are leaving money behind.
- There is no option to receive a cash out of your remaining balance, even if that balance is small (e.g. under $10, under $5).
- A customer is not allowed to use the card for basic and common transactions such as utility bills, cell phone bills, medical bills. This results in the likelihood of only being able to use the card for higher risk online transactions or where the transaction is less than what is on the card, leaving money behind. This is not disclosed in the site's FAQ or Terms & Conditions.

While the company publishes a phone number for customer service, it only goes to a recording. There is no option to speak to a person.

When contacting the company via email, the responses are almost always automated, generated apparently by AI.

The net impact to me at present is approximately $273 of my card's balance is extremely difficult to use.

IMPORTANT: Virtual Reward Center is authorized by : Sutton Bank, Attn: Legal Department, 1 South Main Street, Attica, OH 44807

They steal the money from your cards

Someone spent $99.99 spent on my card without my authorization and I filed a stolen card claim. Virtualrewardcenter closed the case without notifying me and said that they cannot investigate it because their rewards cards are not credit cards. I have no idea how someone got a hold of my card but I think behind the scenes they are stealing numbers and using them.

I spent over 30 min

I spent over 30 min. to register the link that gives me the link to re enter my info once again, to get another Captcha to get another pop up that says that the code I copy pasted! in the the box was not recognized try again. Then sent a request to support and 2 days later got a reply, "Due to higher than usual" requests I will be replied to. Only to get the same instructions that I already used 4 times and failed.
Ok this is a confession to being stupid for spending that much time to get ten bucks. To me it is obvious that they do not want to pay the promised money for filling out the survey. If they did, you would enter your email and they would send you a $10 credit card.

Fraud alert!

Bought a Virtual Reward Center virtual visa card via G2A and could not redeem it since they provided a faulty link to claim the card! The seller from G2A says it's out of their hands and claims it's region-locked post-purchase, which wasn't cleared during purchase. After reaching out to VirtualRewardCenter directly, they are just ignoring my emails! STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS AND THE FRAUD SELLERS WHO ARE IN BED WITH THEM!

AKA "TOLUNA's Virtual Reward Center…

AKA "TOLUNA's Virtual Reward Center is a scam site!

I've received my "reward" on February 6 and up to this day, it can't be redeemed! I've been reaching out to them and all the responses are automated! Prior to this, I waited over a month to receive the "reward"!

The company needs to stop deceiving, because they will NEVER PAY! Everyone should stop using their site, because they are fraud!

To activate the $200 gift card you have…

To activate the $200 gift card you have to fill out more information than you do at the DMV, it's ridiculous. Midway through filling this out I get logged out and I can't log back in. It tells me the credentials are invalid. I click on send a password reset email but I never receive one. I tried in two separate browsers and at least 5 times and still nothing. There is no phone number to this company and do not expect to receive a response from the support email address listed. If you're a research company and you want to issue reward gift cards and piss off any participants so that they never do research with you again, then you should choose this company.

Worse Company Ever to deal with

If I could, I would give this company a -0 star rating for a review. This is THE worst customer service I have ever experienced in.my 20 years being in Australia. Bought a brand new fridge throught the rewards system, received it 2 weeks later, took it out of the Box and it was faulty. Contacted the customer service numerous occasions via email because there is NO other way of contacting them with NO response. Contacted the only contact nr on their WEBSITE only to be told its a private nr and not to contact him again. Nearly 1.5 months later Im still sitting with a brand new/faulty fridge which I cannot use and NO reply from this company. Stay very far away!!!

Stole my $10

Stole my $10

I am a US citizen. I tried to purchase a $10 vanilla gift visa card. Because I travel a lot and use VPN sometimes, I didn't realized that if you IP matches to the sanctioned country, they permanently block it and steal your money.

The disgusting part of it is that they simply justify to steal your money because of it.

This is what their support wrote me: "The reward has already been activated in a sanctioned country, which is prohibited, and as a result, it cannot be cancelled or modified. "

I find this answer just as an excuse to steal my money. No matter of any kind of sanctions you have no right to pocket something what doesn't belong to you and you didn't earn.

At first, I was fooled with message "still processing" and after that it got expired their support told me like I shouldn't use VPN and I forwarded the link to my US friend to make sure and he also got the same thing - "still processing".

Good that I didn't send them 1000 or something!

10 will not finance an army, it's not enough to buy drugs, etc. But if you cheat 10 000 people like that you will pocket $100 000 and so on! This is what is all about.

This is absolutely disgusting.
