I had a problem with castors on my divan.
Even though they were no longer under warranty ViSpring replaced them immeadiately, free of charge. They arrived the following day!!

The thirty year guarantee isn't worth…
The thirty year guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on. Collapsed springs and an unusable mattress and they won't replace it due to sweat stains. As though stains effect structure. My back is in ruins. What's the point in a thirty year guarantee? To suck you into believing it's quality and the after sales service is any good. It's just lip service. £1200 for a worthless guarantee, and poor build quality. Avoid like the plague.

Heard supreme , Elite and pillows
I have purchased the herald supreme kings size mattress and bed,single elite mattress and adjustable wool pillows. I can not fault any of the products purchased,luxury, British made. Brilliant night sleep and helped ease our bad problems back to help get a restful sleep. Delivery team couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy with the product when it arrived. I recommend these products. The sales team were brilliant and help find the right product for me. I recommend you go and see for yourself.

I have spent my whole adult life…
I have spent my whole adult life sleeping on Vi Spring beds, I'm 59.
Firstly with the Herald Supreme, later the Herald Superb. I am now on a 6ft Bedstead Superb. All 6 beds in my home are Vi Spring.
The beds provide the finest quality sleep experience and the upfront cost is a bargain when compared to a car or any other major investment we make in life. With so many variables the beds are tailored to my needs. I like a medium tension.
The Bedstead Superb is an excellent bed and after a holiday, I always look forwards to sleeping in my own bed again.
Thank you Vi Spring for the many years of pleasure and comfort you have provided. The finest of British quality.

Very excited to sleep on my new bed tonight.
I bought my King Elite mattress and shallow divan though And So To Bed, Kings Road, London.
The sales service in store was exceptional. Both Alex and Susie offered sound advice, a good price and endless patience as I made my decision.
Delivery was exactly on time and faultless.
My previous VSpring divan and mattress were also bought from And So To Bed - and I am only now replacing 28 years later. I highly recommend them.

Very informative website that helped with initial research and then Ken in Tunbridge Wells was great- so knowledgeable, but no hard sale. I think he knows he doesn’t need to do it when selling such a quality product. Delivery was very efficient by 2 super guys. Very friendly and respectful of our home.
We’re thoroughly enjoying our new mattress:-)

Superior Product
These were replacement mattresses for our super king Vi-Spring base with drawers. Prior to our first Vi-Spring bed we had several other makes which were each returned in weeks. Vi-Spring gives great, quality support which does not sag. Vi-Spring is a superior make and a market leader for a good nights sleep.

We needed to replace our mattress. Tried out numerous ones of the 3 top rated (non foam) brands and ViSpring was a clear winner. Incredibly comfortable. The only downside is that it is now difficult to get out of bed in the mornings! Highly recommended.

Fabulous Pillows! 5 STAR!
I recently purchased a pair of the adjustable wool pillows, on the recommendation of a friend and I must say I wish I'd bought these years ago! I've never known comfort like it. No more Ikea pancake pillows for me, these are just spectacular. I would certainly buy again!
