We spent over an hour at the Vispring Flagship at Regent Street trying multiple mattress options - Edward was friendly, knowledgeable and endlessly patient. Delivery was prompt at the promised timeframe and the bed is not only beautiful but super comfortable. As a person who suffers from back problems I can honestly say our bed was worth every penny spent.

Service, product and advice were excellent

Recently popped in to Vispring Regent Street and was assisted by the store manager, Andrew, who gave excellent straight forward advice. Mattress arrived with no fuss 2 weeks later. Couldn't be more pleased. Have used Vispring before and delighted with their products.

I have just placed an order for the mattress and reading the reviews i want to cancel the order. However, talking to the retailer they cannot cancel the order, even though the mattress has not been delivered! I have reached out to the vispring, and no response! there is no paper work or conversation to state that there is a tolerance throughout the 30 year guarantee at the time of purchase!

Very pleased with the advice and service received in store. My bed arrived on time on the due date and the delivery men were polite and helpful.

We bought 4 Vispring pillows last year and complained in the store of their bad smell.
They changed them but the problem stayed with the new ones.

We wanted to know if there is something we can do to solve this problem.
We chose this brand for his quality and we are very unhappy with the situation.

They are not cheap and I think customers should have a decent response, not the one El Corte Ingles store gave us.
I am writing to you because I think companies like yours should have customers feedback!

Vispring customer service is by far one of the most exceptional I have ever witnessed. To have owned a Vispring bed for over twenty years I need a few spare parts, Vispring Customer services not only delivered but also offered to send me the spare parts connecting two divan free of charge. They are as good as the beds they make.

I purchased a Vi Spring mattress from John Lewis in Parkstone in March 2023, this was a replacement for a faulty one purchased in August 2021( with a 30 Year Guarantee) What a Joke !!!!
The second mattress developed exactly the same fault as the original, only this time JL refused to accept that there was a fault as the Inspector that came along said it was within tolerance for a 5 months Mattress, the fact that i cannot get a decent night sleep on it does not seem to matter either to JL or Vi Spring. Looking at the reviews it appear to be a common problem that Vi Spring would do well to take seriously. Needless to say I will never shop at John Lewis again or Buy Vi Spring Again.

I was concerned about the dip in one part of my Vispring Shetland mattress which had been turned and rotated as the instuctions. I raised a query through the original supplier who contacted Vispring who then sent out an inspector.
The findings were that the dip was within the specified tolerance for the age of the bed, however the Inspector noted that the ties for a row of springs had broken resulting in an edge and step in the bed surface.
Visprings responce was that the dip was within tolerance and so outside their guarantee, however they continue to ignore the manufacturing fault identified by their own inspector, as it would be covered by the 30 year guarantee.

I purchased a new bed and mattress from John Lewis at a cost £1200 reduced from £2400. Within weeks there was a dip and it felt like climbing out when getting up. I complained to JL who contacted Vispring, who arranged for another company to come and investigate. What a joke! He lifted the mattress, punched the dip from underneath, then placed a large plastic measuring sheet across two raised sections and measured the distance given by the string at 3cm. The fact that this measurement was only half of the dip, even though he had raised it from below, seemed not to count. Asked if I agreed with his assessment, I had to state into his phone, NO. Needless to say, nothing has happened since.
Don’ waste your money on what you think is a quality product. Look elsewhere.

I’d had a bad accident and sleep was very difficult so I ordered an electric bed, it was amazing. Legs up and swelling reduced, plus a
very comfortable mattress has helped me sleep and I’m slowly recovering, thank you ViSpring

Great from start to finish and an excellent overall product.

We made a decision to invest in a mattress and topper from Vispring and were not disappointed. Importantly, this included a decision to change the product we’d first chosen when we decided, after the trial, that a different mattress tension would suit us best. Both Andrew and Edward at the Flagship Store on Regent St were brilliant. Clear communication, great service and a genuine willingness to assist with our asks. Highly recommend.

We bought a new mattress from our local supplier of Vispring mattresses. They were very professional and explained why Vispring mattresses are so good and this is backed by a 30 year warranty. A further advantage is that there are actually made in Devon UK and not the far east. Delivered 2 weeks after ordering, the shop staff installed the mattress on our bed frame and explained how to look after it so we get a long service from it. It was not a cheap purchase but will pay back in spades with more nights of comfortable sleeping and an extended life expectancy when compared to other brands. Highly recommended.

Whilst the product is fantastic, the order was made in February of this year and the bed was finally delivered in September. To me it does seem a tad too long. There was hardly any communication to the reasons why it took such a long time. I would suggest that when there is a problem, let everyone know and don’t keep people in the dark.
The proof will be in the sleeping whether it is worth waiting for.

Not only do ViSpring make the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on, but their customer service would also appear to be second to none!
They gave me such great advice and help with my query (buying a guest bed off Ebay). When the product is made with such skill, care and integrity the 30 year guarantee holds it's own!
After heavy days of DIY'ing I was amazed how fit and lively I felt on rising when I had my Vispring medium bedstead mattress to sleep on back in the day!
I am looking forward to getting out of bed with no aching joints once again...

We only have ever slept on Vispring mattresses during our 50 year marriage. That says it all

My partner and I visited the Vispring Flag Ship Store on Regent St. and were warmly welcomed by two members of staff, Andrew and Edward.

Edward showed us round the entire showroom, giving us incredibly detailed descriptions pertaining to the manufacturing process, as well as the contents of each and every mattress; whilst allowing us more than ample time to test various different mattresses, with various different combinations of their incredible toppers. Nothing was too much trouble.

At no point were we made to feel like we were nuisances, despite taking up a good few hours of Edward's time, and eventually we made a decision.

All round great experience and wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend!
