Milaina helped me through the buying process, was prompt, friendly and very helpful at every step of the process. She wasn't pushy -- she just focused on my satisfaction and ensuring I get the right product for my job (measure twice cut once!). First time ordering with these guys. I needed adjustable feet for a kitchen which I had struggled to find. They had them in stock and very competitively priced - much cheaper than Amazon. Because my order was bulky and heavy I thought the postage cost was fine but can see this may be excessive for small and light items. My order arrived very quickly which was much appreciated. I would definitely use them again.

Needed a simple grommet for my caravan floor which covers the spare wheel lowering bracket ,looked every where on caravan spares nothing at all until i found this site they gad the perfect exact part fast delivery very reasonable, would definitely use again

I didn't get as far as actually ordering anything from the company. I sent two enquiries to sales@ and didn't get any response.

If they are like this when someone is seeking to buy to something, I dread to think what they would be like if anything went wrong.

Edit: Fair play to Vital Parts Ltd, it has responded very quickly to this review. What particularly impressed me about that is that they didn't try to claim that they hadn't received the emails (which would have been very easy to do). They had actually taken the trouble to double check at their end and found them...I like the honesty of that. So I adjusted my star rating from 1 to 3.

Everyone makes mistakes. It takes a big company to admit it and fix it, with no excuses

Final edit: worked really hard to find a solution to my specific problem. Unfortunately, it wasn't to be, but I can't fault their efforts to help. Adjusted my star rating to 4. I'd certainly use them again.

I couldn't work out how to resolve my problem- Mike Holt was very thorough, asking various questions, then recommended- it was a really cheap option (castor cups). They were very cheap, and arrived the next day; does the job brilliantly. Fabulous service and advice. Thank you Mike.

I ordered two washers for £2.52 + £4.85 postage costs. I received washers of the wrong size. I was advised to post them back at my own cost in order to receive replacement. In my opinion this is a very poor returns policy particularly when you take into account initial high postage costs. Perhaps a prepaid returns envelope would be a much more convenient method for the customer
