Have not received info, yet. But pleased so far.

Response was prompt for marriage certificate but takes a long time for birth certificates-still waiting.
Website fairly easy to use.

What I needed in a timely fashion.

Expense was a little hard to swallow. The form was confusing to me, but this is just my personal experience. I also ordered my marriage license at the same time but I did not get the discount, as well as not signing the security part online and now I have to fax a form and get a notary. But without my not so good computer skills, it was great.

print was poor, barely legible. 90.00 VERY VERY disappointed.

Vital Records was a great help to me when I needed to find important documents and was unable to go to the offices myself. They made it easy and painless and their communications were helpful and clear.

I received my marriage license in a very timely manor except I paid for 2 and only received one.

Still waiting for my copy of birth certificate from Nevada, have never received it. Everytime I go to the site it is not available. Could someone straighten this out?

I still have not received any response to my request. THE ALLOTTED TIME FRAME HAS PAST.

Arrived in about 10 days which was great.However I feel that the charge is excessive--$99.00

Wasted my time and has not refunded my money since NYC will not mail my mothers death certificate.

Polite, professional and knowledgeable. Helene seemed to take a personal interest in my problem. I couldn't be happier.

Waste of money and time! I have not received mine yet and when I look it up it now says canceled ?! No email notice nothing! I have no idea what is going on I am waiting to hear back!

I needed a copy of my marriage license right away. I found your website and am so glad I did! It was easy to request what I needed and was a fair price to pay. Communication was excellent and I received my documentation quickly. I would recommend your website for anyone in a crunch for needed vital records.

Needed an original copy of my birth certificate for "REAL ID" from California.....I now live in Maryland. Was worried about time frame it would take to get it. Received my copy earlier than the estimated time frame. Very pleased....thank you!

The service was pretty good and efficient. And customer service was a litlle difficult to access.

My main complaint is 2 to 4/weeks is too long to wait, for the price charged.

I was unsure how to do the paperwork to the point I did it twice. E Rey time I wrote a note and told them I was getting confused I received a note of encouragement back.
