Seeing these reviews are ringing the bells with us too.
I have just rang Wowcher on 0203 699 5024 you need your order number, so call them. They are looking into it and say they give the company 3 working days.
Surely if you link your debit card to PayPal you then have some cover there with your bank too. But really Wowcher should be refunding you as that is who took your money in the first place and not 'The Mattress Shed'. It is like if you give me your car to repair and I say it will be £100 but I get someone else to look at part of it and I give them £50 to do that. If when you get the car back the job is not right and it is the job I got someone else to do, it is not the other person that gives you your money back, it is me.
Don't be palmed off by Wowcher!!

I too ordered a bed through Wowcher at beginning of September. Still waiting for delivery. Although initially responding to email enquiry within the promised 72 hours, have not heard from them since. MattressShed not responding to further emails sent by me or indeed by Wowcher and nor can Wowcher contact them via telephone. I've asked for a refund. They have one star only because there is no option for no stars!

Wowcher have confirmed they will process a refund. I note from google that Mattress Shed has now gone into liquidation. Liquidators appointed and notice posted advise if you have paid for goods not yet delivered to contact your card provider in the first place.

Bought through Wowcher in Aug, still on going, they were communicating with me at first promising me new delivery dates. Now nothing, no response to emails and I can't get though by telephone. They have my money too, did they take every1 else's? If u read reviews dated Sept and before, people were happy....what happened. Now the website has gone!! Worrying :(

After alot of online searching, ive just found the owner, Colin Mark Cowan, he owns another furniture store, with the same address as Mattress Shed, Starlite Furniture. Alot of info online about him....ill be taking it further

Not received the items 14 days after an email stating I'd get it in 10 days maximum. Website doesn't work properly. When I call customer services I get put in a queue then told the inbox is full and I can't even leave a message let alone talk to someone and find out where the product is! Actually concerned the whole company is a scam to be honest. Still waiting for any form of response.

Bed broke in 2 months. They don't answer phone or follow e mails. Avoid absolute garbage. Quick to take your money though

Ordered and paid for bed on 5th September. Today the 2nd November.....still no bed. Have been ringing them over 5 times a day since October but message says mailbox is full. I have opened several tickets but these are not acknowledged. Emails are also being ignored.Wowcher says its not their problem and to contact Mattress Shed. When I tried to get a refund from PayPal.....they tell me it was not put through properly ie as a direct debit payment. I think a big scam is going on here. I am now forced to take legal action and report them to watchdog. May I suggest other victims do the same. It is time these companies were stopped. Interestingly I also see they are not registered with Companies House.

Mum in law bought a bed via wowcher for us, from this company, so we dismantled our old bed and gave it away, we're now on a mattress on the floor! . No bed, sent an email over two weeks ago asking for some information, I've got a two year old who wants to go out but I don't want to go too far in case it arrives!

No one answers the phone, because the voicemail is 'always full' & emails have stopped being replied too. Absolutely ridiculous & we wont be going near them again!

Happy to give review to warn others of lack of personal contact facilities with this company. Ordered item 15 days ago but have still not received it or heard anything from Mattressshed. Am looking for compensation or repayment if things don't change within next few days!!

I ordered a mattress on 9th of September. Was told I would receive the mattress in 10-13 working days and nothing turned up. I've been ringing the company none stop for over a week and it goes to an automated call saying they are taking high volume of calls and to leave message and they will contact me back. I've left many messages and still no call back. No reply to emails too.

I have also ordered via wowcher over a month ago. No bed no respond...... its a joke not serious company.

The bed is lovely just wish it got here so much quicker!

I ordered a bed through wowcher as I thought I was getting a good deal. After to speaking to a few people asking if they ever had any problems they told me no. I rang up the company after I was told I would receive the bed in 3-5 working days and nothing turned up. When I finally got through to mattress shed I was told it would be delivered the following week. Still nothing has turned up and now I've been waiting 3 weeks. I've left 2 messages and still no call back. Safe to say I will not be using this company again and I will be making a formal complaint. They have taking money out of my partners account which I think is disgraceful to say the least considering I haven't received anything. Absolutely apaulled.

If you want to buy a slat based bed like the one above, investigate well and chose one with a better design. This one is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE! The slats are spaced too far apart resulting in them popping out of place at the slightest movement, my son can't even sit on his bed without one or more popping out of place. Highly unsatisfactory and, of course, Mattress Shed are uninterested because it is the design of the bed......the fact that it is a faulty design has no relevance to them.

I would not recommend this Company and certainly will not make another purchase from them.

Simply not good enough that Customer Service are unable to inform me/update me/reply to my last emails re a delivery date for a bed and mattress purchased through GrabOne. Really not good enough and I am still in the dark as to when it will arrive. I have asked for a contact for courier company but this hasn't been acknowledged either.

well worth the wait as our super new mattress has been hand made in Uk a rare find theses days.

super thickness so roll together waited to do review after testing.
no more stiff sore joints from sleeping better nights sleep comes with handles to turn.
needs king or super king sheets due to depth but knew that as had similar mattress before only bought new one as had old one 13 years.

highly recomend mattress shed for prices and quality.....

very pleased with my order from start to finish .very easy to put together . Granddaughter loves it .

Found no problems with them. Good time and all. Only given 4 stars as they never told me what day it was due for delivery until it had been delivered and if it had been a different day I may off missed the parcel man and already left the house.

Good customer service. Delivery company is very poor.I had to write an email to the company regarding delivery. No communications from the delivery company. Just turned up unannounced.
