I’ve ordered from the company a couple times. At first they were horrible with shipping but their shipping time has improved. The jewelry itself is nice. I’ve had some items for over a year and they have not tarnished. The jewelry still shines and everything.

I ordered July 19 and it’s sep 2 but I still haven’t received my order. I have emailed and called numerous times and I kept getting a run around. Then when I finally email them about a refund someone response by saying we are sorry and working on it. HORRIBLE!!!! And I spent over $200

This company is a joke! Order from here if you want to be sitting somewhere three weeks later wondering where your order is and when you request info they beat around the bush with a bunch of “sorry for the inconvenience” and then block you bec they don’t want you informing other customers that you haven’t received product! A month later and I still know nothing! Will be sure to update if I ever receive this product! Considering I’m blocked I’m sure I won’t!

good communication service chain came in less than two weeks it’s just like the picture very shiny and you’ll get many compliments

I love the 2 necklaces that I purchased! They came within 2 weeks after placing my order. The delivery time and the quality of the products were perfect. Will be ordering again and referring to others.

Love it. I Get so many compliments!! You can wet it I’ve worn it to the beach shower etc and even during the pandemic I got it in an okay amount of time (like 2 weeks I think) and the communication was on point.

I ordered back in March and still have not received my order. I've messaged them numerous times and they responded saying they will take care of it and still has not. I've asked them for a refund and probably won't get that neither. I'm glad I didn't spend that much money

I ordered this necklace around Christmas time, I got it within the timeframe given. Sparkles and looks absolutely stunning on. I will be buying again!

I finally received my Pendant, chain and tennis bracelet after month 1/2. They look as pictured and are beautiful. If you haven’t received your order contact customer service.

I love my necklace. I have received it within the business days time frame.I have worn it in one of my latest photo shoots. Most definitely will be placing another order with them.

Worst company ever!!!! I placed an order with you guys months ago. To order to tracking number. It may not seem like much to yall, but because of covid-19 and being unemployed I need my dang money back ASAP!!!!! 

You are the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Give me my money back Now!

Wish i read reviews first. Never received my order. They responded initially, apologizing for delay and promising i will receive it. Now they do not respond. $65 lost for me. DO NOT lose ya money as i did....as you can see Vitality contracted 5/20/20, after seeing my review.They apologized,AGAIN, and promised i would have my order by the end of that week. Today is 6/6/20,,,i have NOT received it.

I have not received my necklace and it is going on 2 months....

I was contacted by one of the team members Mrs.Johnson and she took all steps possible to correct the issue I had with my purchase and I greatly appreciate her for time out the time to help

If I could give no stars I would. Placed an order February 4th 2020 and I still dont have my items. They lied and sent a fake tracking number February 26th 2020 and the item never reached the post office. Customer service barely exist. No one answers or call back. They send generic email responses and they even lie via instagram. At this point I want my money back. This company is a piece if s**t.
