Do Not Waste Your Money!!

When placing the order I could not find the option for cancelling the additional watch straps and screen protector. This took my purchase price from £85 to £137. Once it arrived, the blood glucose monitoring was so far off that it was dangerous. I have sent a request for a refund, but reading the reviews, that does not look straightforward.

Bought the smart ring

Bought the smart ring, it does not read glucose levels just provides bogus level. Was getting elevated for 3 day on a row, checked against. IHealth meter they were normal. Contacted them twice, no response on the first, just wrote to them again, feeling I lost the $200+ I paid for this. I should have looked for reviews,a lesson.

Fraudulent Scam

The Vitality Watch Company is a fraudulent scamming organization based on lies and deception to steal your money. Specifically, their employees are all well trained in deception and lies. All their employees go by the name of Judith. They pretend to be sympathetic and concerned when they respond to your emails about the Vitality Watch being a piece of junk that produces inaccurate blood pressure readings. It is a $5 watch that they charge $139. I sent over a dozen videos comparing their watch and two medically approved hospital blood pressure devices showing the side-by-side inaccuracies. Judith, but that is not her real name, always responded back that the video evidence was not enough. Therefore, after 14 days of producing video evidence and over twenty emails, I decided to involve legal council with documented proof of their fraudulent bogus product. I was also going to send all my documented proof to the FBI as a fraudulent scam. Vitality Watch sent me a 60% refund and then went dark on any email correspondence. They still stole $56 of my money and made out because they let me keep a $5 piece of junk. So, Vitality Watch gained $51 profit via this swindle. If I can keep just one person from buying this product, I will feel vindicated. If I can keep multiple people from buying this worthless product, I will feel like I am contributing to fighting fraud artists and professional deception that preys on the consumer. I would not be writing this review if only they had refunded my $139 as a credible company. However, Vitality Watch made the choice to take the path of fraud, lies, deception, dishonestly and theft.

On line con!!

Watch ordered May 16, still have not received it. I am about to notify the BBB and any governmental agency that will listen. Thus far it seems like a scam.

I haven't used the watch yet because…

I haven't used the watch yet because the advertisement was free watch . Just pay shipping. I can't believe that the shipping charges were 60.00. You really are led to believe that it's 30.00 and that's high too but as soon as you send the money for shipping, you see that they really charged double and there is nothing you can do. I bought the watch for my girlfriend. I'm waiting for her to give me a report on how it works ,when she does. I will write another review but right now, I would tell you if you are willing to pay $60 for shipping fees. Go ahead and get the watch. It looks nice, but I don't know how it works. It also has a very funny charging cord which is magnetized to
little pins. The don't hold up very well. You have to gently put the watch down and make sure it depends touching and then leave it alone. And until it changes so far , things aren't looking good.

Worthless to me.

Their return policy only applies to damaged watches. It does not work with ATT or Verizon. Only T Mobile which does not have service where we live. It does not support WiFi calling. Worthless to me and can’t return it Very difficult to set up.

Don't buy anything from them, it's a total scam!

I'd give it a zero star if I had the option!
I purchased "Smart Glucose Ring" from vitalitywatches.com on Jan. 25th and received it on Feb. 17th. I tried it by comparing the Glucose levels with my FreeStyle Libre 3 (FDA approved Continuous Glucose Monitor), the Smart Glucose Ring always gives me the result of "Normal", no matter how high or how low my glucose level is, which give false and misleading result for diabetes patient and it can be fatal. When I asked them for a refund, they first told me that they don't sell "Smart Glucose Ring", after asking them to read the order form several times, they asked me to send them test result comparison several times, they finally offered me a 50% refund, and I rejected their offer because I don't want to keep something witch cost me $266.43 and gives me false result, then I never heard from them again.
My experience with them is horrible and frustrating, they only took my money and play games with me. It's a total scam, and I will never buy anything from them.
I'll continue taking my legal actions until I get my money back, but if you have not buy anything from them, then DON'T.
I'll keep updating my review here and other websites.

VitalityWatch is a scam regarding blood glucose rings.

VitalityWatch is a scam regarding glucose rings. I paid extra money to get the glucose ring. All I got was a regular ring. When I complained, they gas lighted me and said they had no smart rings to measure blood glucose. When I asked for a refund they said to submit a video explaining why I needed a refund.

This business is a total scam.

Vitalitywatches, wanted to do a follow up on the review that I did on Vitalitywatches. Again if I could rate VitaIitywatches a 0, I would. I really don't think that this company exists. I have requested the products that I ordered or a refund 3 times from Vitalitywatches by email and they keep asking me to send them my proof of purchase, which I have sent them by email twice. I can't find a phone number to call and speak to a person no where. And I have Googled Vitalitywatches and
have found no phone number anywhere. Apparently Vitalitywatches are online thieves and scammers. I advise everyone to stay away from them and keep your money away from them, unless you just like giving your money away.

Veteran Abuse & Fraud

As a Veteran, we expect a basic level of service. Vitality Watches is a company that fraudulently took money for a XM gift and delivered a "knock off" worth a fraction of the value. After satisfying their proof with many photos and 3 communications, they "ghosted" us and left us for dead. Buyers beware-We started a BBB review and a TV NewsNation consumer alert. Avoid this company & their products at all cost!!

Do not waste your time or money with this so called business! Once you place an order and they get your money they are done with you. They can't get your order to you in a timely manner and then you want to send it back for a refund they just tell you we won't give it unless the product is defected. If I could give a negative 10 rating that would be where they rate! No customer service and the products come from China! I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from this place again!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service!
Emailed them after 2 days of using the watch. Actually it stopped working
I sent them at least 6 emails.
They want you to send them a video to verify the issues with the watch.
The watch won't power up so there's no way to provide that
I I've been asking for a RMA to return the watch and get a refund
Looks like I'm out of $137
Don't buy one of these watches
I had to buy another watch and spend more money!
The only reason I bought this watch was because it has an ECG function.

Buyer beware!

Just opened the box to set up the fall detection watch for my elderly mother. Won’t sync with her phone, came in a box that looked like some home seller would ship in, and instructions are for a kid watch. I wouldn’t trust this thing to alert for anything. Garbage buyer beware!
