I received my ring which I followed their sizing measurements and the ring is totally off. I have tried contacting them multiple times and they do not reply. Do not spend money with a company that doesn’t even reply to clients.

SCAM Company! Nowhere in their website do they indicate that your carrier might not be compatible with their watch. My carrier is AT&T and their SIM card is not compatible. Vitality Watch would not allow me to return their product. If they would have indicated a possible compatibility problem, I would have checked it out with my carrier prior to purchasing. Beware of Paypal payments only, because it is VERY difficult to return products. Get the Apple watch instead. It does the same thing and is compatible with all carriers. And is about the same price.

I also had a bad experience with this company. They are just a marketing company looking for a quick buck by offering an overseas product (no US inventory, no returns or exchanges). I do not recommend purchasing anything from the company.

When 70% of the reviews are 1 star it tells you something.

Absolute junk. Will not charge.

Ordered the watch and it came on appropriate time frame. The watch is very large and I wanted to return it. Judith, their customer service person said they don't take refunds but could offer me 10% for it. Are you kidding me? I decided to try to wear it. After 5 days it totally quit. Won't turn on, tried charging. Won't connect to the app. As other comments have said.... Judith now wants me to send a video of me trying to turn it on and plug in. This is ridiculous. The watch is garbage and the company is awful. I just wish I would have seen these reviews prior to my purchase.

Save yourself a whole load of grief and DO NOT purchase anything from this awful company. I purchased a watch, it arrived and would not charge. I contacted the company within four days and they wanted me to pay the return cost. I declined as I did not do anything to justify any out of pocket expenses. Judith, their customer service representative agreed to sending me a new watch. She then reneged on that agreement and offered a 30% refund. This clustermess took over the course of roughly six months. I still have not received a cent in refund and now, there is no response to recent correspondence. Understand that I am disabled and need to monitor the health factors the watch was supposed to provide. PLEASE save yourself from purchasing an inferior product from a company that DOES NOT HONOR ITS WORD!!! Know that I am willing to provide all correspondence with this criminal company.

Ordered the AFIB watch for my Mom. The band was too large so would not work correctly and would spin around. BEWARE! Their return policy is NO RETURNS! I explained the situation and sent pictures, still would not return. Offered 30% discount refund. On my arm the watch seems to work ok what little I used it.

Terrible shipping. It seems all tracking has been lost for the last 6 days! Wish I could just cancel it and get my money back! Probably isn't going to be worth the wait anyway.

Received watch in good condition and fully charged. Wore watch less than 8 hours and it stopped working. Contacted vitality watch for return and refund instructions and it’s started. Do this do that take pictures, after 3 days finally got watch to restart but heart rate not being displayed. Wore the watch for 2 hours and no reading being displayed. Contacted vitality watch 3 different times requesting return and refund with no luck. Watch is junk do not buy. Support only makes excuses

Smart watches (NII LLC) Dangerous!!
I ordered two different smart watches and found out that they were both made by the same company. The first one was the Vitalitywatch and the second was the Medwatch. Reviews on the website are very deceiving. I couldn't imagine anyone honestly writing a good review on either of these products. The company is called (NII LLC) and their products that measure blood pressure are garbage. Not accurate at all when compared to the doctors equipment. This company should be thoroughly investigated. They are hiding behind an LLC for good reasons. If you have blood pressure problems this product is DANGEROUS!! And the company should be sued. Never believe the blood pressure measurements on these devices!!👎 The only reason I bought this product was to conveniently measure my blood pressure. It's not very convenient when the readings are totally wrong. The measurements are not just a little bit off. Their way off.

I implore you not to place an order with this website. I believe it is a scam. The website is associated with two other sites, my-glucoseguard.com and Med-watches.com, which are all listed through nii llc. The domain is hosted on Tucows, and a Whois lookup returns an empty location in Google Maps at 87 Mowat Ave., Toronto, Ontario. I am currently filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I ordered a watch & Rings along with the warrantys from Vitality Watches, and it took over three weeks to arrive. When I opened a case with PayPal, they ruled in favor of the seller because the rings were not broken when it arrived.
I recently reopened my case with PayPal. The reason for reopening the case is that there has been poor communication on the part of the company. I have been waiting for over three weeks for my order, and I am very frustrated. I asked the company to contact me about the status of my order, but I have not received any response. I am very disappointed with the customer service and the quality of products. I implore you not to order from this site.

It's not the watch for me.
It's in perfect, pristine condition. I didn't wear the watch. I contacted them within the 30 day period, submitted photo showing them it's in perfect condition.
Not returnable.
If it's broken, ok...
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The ring stopped working after a week and customer service won’t respond to emails I’ve sent over and over. The app was built by inadequate computer scientists that did not test their app. You can tell it hasn’t been updated in years and has soooo many bugs. Save your money. This product is terrible. I should’ve known not to expect great.

I too should have done more research. I could not get my ring to charge and have spent months back and forth with customer service. I originally wanted a replacement but now have asked for a refund and an address to return the ring. This has been met with silence and there is only one way to contact them via email.

I should have visited Trustpilot before ordering. My product hasn't arrive just yet. The shipping is extremely slow as I ordered the product 8 July 2024. Beware, there are many site that are a facade covering the fact the company is located in China. This shouldn't be a factor, however, it is an issue if you want your product in a few days not a few weeks.

Update: I received my product and it works as expected. The App is sufficient but needs some aesthetic modifications for user experience.

Don't waste your money. Watch is worthless and you'll be lucky it lasts longer than a year.

Supposed to monitor for AFib and other similar heart irregularities, but doesn't perform as stated on their website. Sleep monitoring, blood pressure, heart rate are all hit-and-miss, if the watch doesn't sit perfectly on your skin, just above your wrist.

Spend the money to get a high quality smart swatch like Fitbit, Apple, Garmin, Samsung, or similar.

Order #5334 first of all this watch would be shipping from China, the watch was purchased on the 12th of June and arrived on the 28th. Within 3 days of wearing the screen went now completely dead. There is no live tech support and it's hell to get a response do not buy. We may not get a refund.

Their measuring system for the blood pressure ring is inaccurate. I got a ring that is too large. They won’t exchange it. Customer service is unfriendly. Don’t waste your money on this.

I have to say initially this watch has been what i needed. However it has broken the link on the strap broke for no reason the plastic part. I have sent an email to the address given when you first place you're order - No response in fact it bounces back as not supported. Then i've contacted them via their site - No response - Shocking Customer Service. This company is only interested in direct sales they are not interested in Customer retention.
As a customer be mindful when you buy you're buying knowing that it's lucky dip how long it will last for so weigh this against the price you are paying.

Be very careful before you buy a watch! Their return policy is very strict and their warranty is only 30 days. My watch went out after one week of using it. I'm fighting with them to have it repaired or replaced. My advice, don't buy it!
