Buyer beware--no phone number and no address to return this watch
I have serious cardiac and blood pressure irregularities and this watch is incredibly inaccurate.
Like others reviewing this watch, Judith (AI?) refused to provide an address and only after a series of hoops that I would have had to jump through including videos--who does that--would they provide an address to return this watch.
And of course there is no phone number to speak to a live body. Buyer beware--do not ever make a purchase where there is no phone number and no address.
I ended up filing a complaint with PayPal when the provided phone number was non-working on my Capital statement, and Capital took good care of me.

My review will read very similar to another review. My watch couldn’t accurately compute the Blood Sugar it was consistently around half of the correct reading. I was comparing their results to the actual finger stick. I finally told them I was not doing their R&D for them. I began to wonder if Judith was real or AI that was programmed to keep you from returning the watch. I sincerely hope that no fellow diabetics were harmed by this inaccurate piece of junk.
BUYER BEWARE
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with my purchase of Vitality Watches. I spent so much time documenting the issues and talking to Judith in support via email that I suddenly realized how ridiculous it was. It was not possible to send pictures or videos of all the issues. They offer a 30 day return, but they spend 30 days trying not to let you return the watch. The bottom line is many of the functions do not work properly. That’s it, period. And, the watch is shipped directly from China. The box doesn’t even have their name on it. My blood pressure dropped so low one day that an ambulance had to be called. The watch never detected it. In the end, they offered to refund 50%. BEWARE OF BUYING THIS WATCH.
What a scam!
I have contacted to (AI?) customer service over 7 times since I received the watch on May 14. It does not live up to its ad - sleep monitor, SMS alerts, incorrect readings - all in all it could be dangerous for people to rely on the readings. I was given an UNASKED FOR 50% discount and when I said I wanted to return the watch with a pre-paid label, I was told that because I accepted the discount, I could not get a free return.

Do not buy the Fitness Ring, waste of time and money
Purchased one of their fitness rings, I decided to go with this manufacturer as an entry level piece of equipment but slightly more expensive than the run of the mill rings you get on amazon. the overall buying experience was good, and the ring came in good time. I unpacked it, charged it and tried it out and while a little rudimental and fiddly to pair with my phone it di work and report. I then charged it to 100% and wore it over night to check the sleep tracking which also worked well; however when I checked later that afternoon the ring would not sync to the App, I then found out it was dead and would not charge. I spent over a week with Tech support trying to resolve the issue, who finally referred me back to the merchant. On the Website they have a contact address for refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, and I asked for an exchange, but got no response, despite numerous attempts to contact them, I think they are stringing out till the 30 days have passed. as a result I have had to raise a dispute via pay-pal, and will probably now need contact my Credit card insurers for a refund. Its a poor showing that it will take 15 times longer to resolve the issue then the product actually worked for. A total waste of time and money, I would actually give it no stars if this was an option.

Nope. Purchased their blood pressure monitoring ring and it promptly stopped working. I didn't realize the company offers a mere 30-day warranty so because I'm busy, I was a few days late to report it. No offer to exchange or replace the product, but simply a "too bad, take a hike" kinda of response.

Disappointed
I was delighted to receive a VitalityWatch as a gift, but was soon disappointed. It needs re-charging every three, sometimes four, days. I prefer steps counted immediately available during long walks and this does not seem possible on Vitality Watch. Blood pressure gives incorrect readings - lower than actual BP - which could for some people be dangerous.

I have had my ring for about a week and the cable they sent to charge the ring does not work. I have to sit and fiddle with it for a really long time. It seems like the charging port on the actual ring is the issue as it won't charge when I place it in the charging ring box either.
I was finally able to get it to charge and then all of a sudden today it tells me that the device is not connected. It should not be this difficult. I have emailed the vitality watches several times and they have not responded.
I really wanted this ring to work and I was really excited about it but with the issues I had combined with the poor customer service its just not worth it.
