Tastes absolutely disgusting!!!🤮🤮🤮 I’ll finish this over priced rubbish than go back to my nz collagen. Shame on this company for your deception and awful customer service and terrible product.

Awful customer service. Wanted to try collagen powder and ordered. Got offer on simply cook as part of package. Still no sign of the simply cook despite original email from vital proteins saying sorry for delay. Tried emailing.....messaging them and totally ignored. Don't waste your time...they happy to take your money but service to me is more important.

I fell for vital proteins. My skin feels lot drier with being perimenopausal. I came across vital proteins skin hydration boost, I thought perfect. Then I came across vital proteins collagen peptides. Couple of days later it came up on my phone on news feed how collagen peptides is made. It honestly turned my stomach watching it, coming from bovine skin and hair. Thinking it doesn't matter I'll not try it, I still have skin hydration boost to try. Really annoyed as the seal wasn't on the tub, I've been in 2 minds and now decided not to take the capsules. Wasted money and yes I know I should have read more into it. Vital proteins have cancelled my subscription hopefully, email sent saying they have. I have been intouch with my bank too.

Vital Proteins has been a nightmare from the beginning. I had an adverse reaction to this collagen supplement and attempted multiple times to cancel my subscription. For weeks, my email and telephone attempts to Vital Proteins went unanswered. Against my will, Vital Proteins continued to charge my bank account and ship the unwanted and cancelled collagen supplements. I had to cancel my credit card as they continued to fraudulently charge it. Lastly, I reported Vital Proteins to the BBB and discovered that Vital Proteins has been sued multiple times and is currently being sued for its fraudulent business practices. Run fast and far from Vital Proteins as they are a SCAM!
The only reason Jennifer Aniston endorses Vital Proteins is that as of 2020 she was made Chief Creative Officer of this company.

Same as others -- years of use, consistency changed. No indication of where product is made or sourced on packaging. Called on a Wed morning & was on hold for over 13 minutes. Company recording says "your call is important, we'll be with you in a moment", then after 10 minutes "taking longer than usual", then after 12 minutes, a recording redirects me to the website and email, which from the feedback here is not going to be much help. After the other suggestions, there is an option to leave a message, but when you press 1, there is a tone and no greeting, direction, or any indication recording has started, then the call ends. Very sketchy and unprofessional company. Contact your bank and request a chargeback.

Doesn’t dissolve. After a month, nothing…. Plus, Awful customer service. My advise, find a better, more honest supplier.

So I wrote a review on their website for the collagen peptides unflavoured powder, I gave it 1 star... BUT the review has not been accepted, so it just looks like all 5* reviews and no 1* reviews. Definitely over-inflating the reviews which is not fair on other customers.
The powder was supposed to be unflavoured, it tastes and smells like gone off meat. No matter what drink I mix it with, the smell is unbearable and the taste is rancid, and this was only with 1 scoop rather than the suggested 2 scoops.
Such a waste of money, people need to see good and bad reviews so they can make an informed choice, otherwise you are basically scamming customers.

I bought vital proteins collagen peptides unflavored as with Peri menopause I am noticing my hap thinning and skin losing elasticity. I definitely think the powder works, however I experienced nausea, bloating, diarrhea daily while taking it. As it's not mentioned as a side effect on their website I thought I was just sick from eating something but I then found a forum where many women experienced the same thing. When I stopped using it the symptoms went away so for anyone with a sensitive stomach, don't use it. I gave it to my husband as they don't give refunds. It didn't affect his stomach at all so it really depends on the person.

Used to use this company for collagen powder many times then stopped for a while. Just recently bought some more collagen pepties powder and it no longer dissolves in my coffee like it used to, it leaves a film on top n I can taste it in my coffee cant even finish it anymore as even the thicker texture puts me off. Asked on a live chat if they have changed the formula and all I got was basically a ‘I have no idea’. Great help.🙄 Now two boxes gone to waste.

i recently purchased Vital Proteins Mixed Berry Collagen Peptides 10.4 oz expiration date 2024. As the VP label clearly states mix with cold liquid using a spoon, that is what I did and then when disgusting gray bits floated to top and bottom , I vigorously shook it. It still did not mix. I took a sip and it smelled like sewer and tasted awful. Not wanting to waste money I called VP, the rep Alexis, told me I needed to use a hand frother and find my receipt for VP refund. Understandable except this product made me feel sick and it absolutely does not mix so I won’t be looking through months of receipts to be refunded by VP. Rather write this review and save others from being sick. Suggesting that you stay away from this product, there maybe something very wrong with it.

Ive been ordering this collagen peptides via amazon, its cheaper and arrives on time and does what it says on the packet, pure product, dissolves, no additives. Im happy so far

Lately my marine collagen has been half full, but doesn’t mention anything about less weight on the packaging. Times are hard for everyone, but doesn’t work in your favour to rip off your customers. You should be ashamed!

Dreadful customer service. Falsely advertised products. They try to force you in to registering for an account just to complain by claiming they cannot receive screenshots of their emails without you registering an account.

Their agent quoted text to me from an email they sent and then told me he wasn’t able to see the offer in the email - he said he was ending the chat when I pointed out that he must be able to see the email as he quoted it to me.

Customer service advisors are VERY disingenuous - won’t answer straight questions and are very misleading.

Products falsely advertised at prices you cannot actually get.

Avoid at all costs.

Vital Proteins is a waste of money. I used Native Path for a few months and I read that Vital Proteins was cheaper, so I tried it for a few months. You get what you pay for. I went back to Native Path.

I bought the Vital protein collagen creamer. They sent a product with an expiration date of 12-09-2022. The parcel arrived on 18th August. This means that this protein has more or less two weeks to expire. I contacted customer service. They claimed this product is in the US format which has a 3-month expiration date. I am not happy with a food supplement that only has three months of expiration. I asked for a refund. They said I had to cover the postage. This is such a fraudulent company. Very bad customer service. No sympathy at all. I will return this and avoid this horrible company forever.

In addition, they gave an address for return which is in the USA!!!! You can imagine how much it would cost. I made the order from the official website in the UK. Now I have to return it to the US!!!!

I want to prevent you from buying this brand of products. The quality is terrible and the customer service worst, but the most serious thing is the damage that can be caused to a person by ingesting it.
I bought collagen from this brand and when I opened the bottle at home, I found an alive worm inside, with the product completely rancid, degraded and in terrible condition for consumption. When I sent my claim to the company, their response was: "We'll change it for another", and after insisting them to repair the damage and been responsible for their products, they totally ignored my request and never responded back. It is unfortunate that companies like this, are allowed to sell to the public this type of products made under appalling quality measures and can cause serious damage to people's health.

they did not disclose that the packages are shipped from another country, so it took forever to arrive as the package was held by customs, kept on tracking and following the package, stayed home on the delivery day and than there was no name (?!) on the package so it could not be delivered. now waiting for my money to come back and almost month has passed since I placed the order. will not order directly from them anymore.

I have been ordering from this company for over a year and have never had a problem with my order, delivery to UK. I usually stick to the same product Collagen Peptides 567g but recently tried Beauty Collagen 255g as it was on offer. To be honest I prefer the original, I wasn't keen on the flavouring.

Beyond horrible. I have been a customer for several years and spend between $150 and-200 every month. They can never get products to me without problems. This month, $216, and they had Amazon package and ship it with their Amazon Logistics Company SWISHIP, which you cannot even contact. Vital will not help me because they say that Amazon said it was delivered. I have security cameras all over my property no one came to my home the day I got a confirmation text that the products were delivered. All a lie. I truly hate this company which is run by a bunch of unintelligent people. They have made me sick with their BS. Take your tracking number and put it where your Website never works. Tracking #13 items delivered, NOT. And you said tough to me. Sickening.
