I'd ordered my item within a reasonable time frame to have received by it November 12th, THEY HAD NOT EVEN SHIPPED IT after 13 days. It would have taken 9 to 15 more days to get to me. I did get a refund.
Just don't.

OMG! I AM PISSED AT ME. I USUALLY READ REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING. THESE JOKERS ARE A FREAKING JOKE. ITEMS DONT LOOK LIKE PICTURES. THEY LOOK VIVID ON LINE FADED ON ARRIVAL. I DIDNT REC ORDER NUMBER SO I FIGURED SOMETHING WENT WRONG. SO MY DUMB AZZ PLACED ANOTHER ORDER FOR THE SAME ITEMS. CHILE, THEY SENT THE 2ND ORDER 1ST. A WEEK LATER PARITIAL OF THE 1ST ORDER. I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON A RETURN ADDRESS TO RETURN 1ST PARTIAL ORDER SENT. THEN THEY SEND ME AN EMAIL ADVISING THE OTHER HALF OF ORDER IS SOLD OUT. SAY "WHAT" BULL WITH A CAPITAL B

Total scam! Advertised as manufactured and shipped from Indiana but never received order and nothing but auto responses on email. There was an option to chat on the web site...also with pointless auto responses that drop off. Don't waste your money!!

Items arrived today (6 weeks after I placed my order). Most items were too small. I'm trying to return them. Good luck to me!

Have not made any purchases, but was suspicious when they said "made and shipped frim Indiana". I clicked on the "see more" and in the the section that says page transparency, the people managing the page are from Indonesia, Vietnam, and China. ENOUGH with the scamming! They know we recognize the poor quality so they lie outright, or they are not even attempting to honor their orders with the crap they sell!

Absolute rip off, never arrived. They came up with some fake tracking to fool Paypal so there is no refund either. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE CHINESE COMPANY.

This site is horrendoys.you dont get items for months.yes months and no customer service..they promise refunds that don't exist!@!

Never received my order, tried getting ahold of them and never could. Worthless company, DON'T order from them. $30 I'll never get back.

Horrible product -1 star. I ordered a RGB shirt, one sleeve was longer than the other and the bottom of the shirt was not even finished it was cut all uneven. They didn't even finish sewing the seam. They would not give me a full refund even after I sent along pictures showing the unfinished product. I got some excuse about sending it back to China. Not my problem. Awful company and products! Do not buy from them. I would rate -1

Do not order anything from this website. Waited 2 months for COMPLETE KNOCKOFF. What was suppose to be an $80.00 winter coat was nothing more than a cheap button up shirt. EXTREMELY disappointed with not only the “coat” but also the “John Dutton” vest was a cheap knockoff that is not sized correctly at all. I will make sure to let as many people know as I possibly can. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BULL**** CHINESE KNOCKOFF COMPANY.

Terrible don't waste your money on this poor product and took 5 weeks to get here! I had to contact the company several times and always got some excuse finally over a month and a week later we received the product which was poorly made not like it showed in the picture.
I Will Not buy anything from them again. Save your money and aggravation.

What crap. I ordered on 9/1, didn't receive my goods till 10/15. No tracking available. The sweatshirt was so short, it barely covered my boobs. The dress (I ordered XXL so it would fit loosely) is equal to a size 8. The sleep shirt was to be a gift...I ordered 3X for someone who is a 1X, and it didn't fit. When I tried to return, they would not provide a US address.

I would give it a zero if possible. Hands down the worst online purchase I have ever made. I ordered a red sweater cardigan. It took 2 months to arrive and was not even close to what I ordered. It looks like a cheap oversized orange T-shirt. Absolutely hideous! It’s completely false product advertising. I attempted to resolve the issue 2x and the email customer service kept trying to keep me at bay with a $5 gift card to their crap online store. Not to mention the kept enter changing the euro symbol with the dollar symbol. Obviously, the English language is not a strong point. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s trash.

Don’t do it!!! I noticed Chinese writing on my paypal receipt minutes after I paid for my items. I Ran over and saw all these reviews and tried to cancel my order in less than 10 min of my order.. I never was able to reach anyone a week later I got an email asking me to give them another chance I said NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK and they sent the same email about giving them a chance.... it was automated.... nobody here cares is a big scam. It’s been three weeks I gave up trying to cancel my order because they refuse to. I wasted $100 on this junk! DON’T DON’T DON’T DO IT

I bought some sweatpants off this store and the money was taken out of my account, however, they said that they don’t have my order at all but $40 USD is missing from my account from them.

I'm writing this review to warn other customers to stay away from vidichics. It is out of China. Clothing is cheaply made, sizes are not for Adults. Communication is terrible. I tried to cancel my order the same day and sent notification to them, they acknowledged asked why and ignored my request. I sent many requests to cancel. I am under the impression you have so many hrs. To change your mind on a purchase. I have copied all correspondence with them and I am sending to my credit card where I have filed a dispute. Please be for warned. Not a place to do business with.

Ordered 2 jackets and a hat. This is a joke ! The jackets were made from rice paper, see right them. Buyer be ware !

Ordered what they advertised as heavy Indian blanket jacket for a woman off of the series Yellowstone and the cotton jacket that the actor Rip wears most of the time,the women's so called jacket won't even make a wind breaker and the so called men's jacket is so thin I can see thru it,the material is no heavier than a button down shirt and I ordered a 3x to be sure it would fit i think it might be a large very,very,very disappointed and would strongly advise to anyone to NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this site and can not even get an email sent to them to send the stuff back for a refund

Worst company ever it took a month and a half to get the thjng I ordered one shirt not finished. Clothe all on the small side.
Absolutely no response when I emailed them.

I have been going back and fourth with them about my order. They said they’d refund me for money order I spent over $200 Australian dollars. They keep saying they refund me 5 gift cards to there site I keep saying no I’m not interested I want my money back and I wanted to speak to a manger they said they re-found me my money to my pay pal, I have been try to contact them saying I don’t have a pay pal emails I got back made no sense what so ever, I was also to my order was canceled in an email I got a week ago it said that they will cancel my order. Now I can’t message them on email or Facebook as they have blocked me.
Re-cap I spent over $200 AUD I got $37 AUD back today in my account.
What a real bloody rip off, don’t spend your money here they are a scam and thing with “chic” is a scam! I can not believe all the trouble they have put me and other people on here through.
They should be closed down!
