This so called “store” doesn’t even deserve one star. DO NOT BUY FROM THUS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM. I ordered a dress April 1st and I JUST NOW got my order 3 months later. The dress is terrible quality and is completely see through. Huge disappointment.

I never rate websites. But this one was bad. I ordered a dress in march and didnt recieve it until the end of April. The dress is very cheaply made. The hem of the dress is very unevenly cut. The arm length isn't as long as the picture its way shorter. The dress is also very see through. I messaged them and wanted to return it and a full refund and they didnt accept it. VERY unhappy with this company.

SCAM ! I have ordered 2 dresses in august and it is now almost Christmas and I have only received one dress ! The one I did receive is the ugliest, cheapest dress ever, not as advertised at all ! Do not get fooled by their website !

I ordered 3 dresses online on 30/09/19. Only 2 arrived and there were hassles with delivery. I emailed the email address listed as the only contact option on the website the day I collected the package (06/10) and then again on 11/10 - “I collected my package from you today and it contains only 2 of my 3 ordered dresses. I have been charged and paid for all 3. Please refund the “mature shirt collar button” dress. I do not want it sent to me now.” I received no response so initiated discussion via PayPal. Vivichics refused to refund me for the dress not received unless I closed my PayPal dispute. I was aware if I closed the dispute I could not open one again for the same matter. PayPal finally rectified the matter on my behalf mid Dec. what sneaky liars. And the 2 dresses received were of poor quality.

Worst!!!
Dress ordered took 8 weeks then pattern and colour not the same as picture and was polyester instead of Rayon. Avoid this site!

SCAM!!!!! They will take your money and run

Do not buy from this store. The quality is terrible. The product descriptions are not accurate, I received a dress which was advertised as 90% cotton, 10% viscose, the dress I actually received was 65% cotton, 35% polyester. When I requested a refund I was refused & was not provided with a return mailing address as I was told sending the package back was ‘not advised’ as it would likely be lost or damaged in the shipping process & I would not be provided with a refund.
I paid $32.88 USD & was only provided with a $12USD refund as ‘compensation’ for receiving a different item to what I ordered.

Horrible company. Ordered embroidered dress and another one. Instead of embroidery is a cheap print. Quality of the fabric is very poor. And now I try to refund it and they just keep telling me that it takes way too long to send it back and too costly. They agree to refund $15 when I have paid over $60. Disgusting company. Never order from them

This company was terrible, do not order from them. I purchased three items from them and only one came in the mail. I asked about the others, and one was out of stock for 2 months, but it never said that any where. I tried to send the dress back that came because it did not fit, and they asked for pictures. They did not refund me for the other dresses. They are based out of China and it is such a hassel working with them. There employees do not speak proper English, and they try to do everything to make you keep the product, and not get your money back. I would advise not to do business with them.

Unless you want to get your money stolen. I placed an order for 2 items. The order never arrived. When I emailed their support I was informed that the items were out of stock and I would be issued a refund. That never happened! I am just out the $60+ that I spent on items I was hoping to get for my wedding. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a dress 4 weeks ago, they took my money and sent me a confirmation email.... 4 WEEKS LATER IT STILL HASNT SHIPPED!!! I’ve emailed 5 times with no response, I sent them a message via Facebook and now I am blocked! I have thrown away $45 dollars to this company! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Do NOT order anything from this company! I ordered 4 dresses for an engagement photo shoot and they delivered one of the four to my house three weeks out. I still haven’t received the other three. I’ve sent the company 5 emails and received zero response. There is no phone number for this company- I should have done my research first. Don’t purchase from them.

For those of you who have also been ripped off by this scam company.... They will never legitimately get back to you about returns.... and believe me, if you buy from them, you will want to return.

Thankfully I purchased through PayPal, so I lodged a claim (which has fallen in my favour). To move forward with the claim PayPal asked me to report to my local police or government agency. I lodged and online IC3 report to the FBI, sent a scam watch report to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and also reported to my State Government. All of this was done online and was quite easy.

Can you imagine how much money Vivichics have made now if everyone of us just shrugged off $50 because "getting our money back is too much trouble"?!

If you'd like to join me in taking this scam company down, you can file a report to the FBI Internet Crime Complaints sector. Just Google "FBI IC3 report". It takes 5 minutes of your time.

I would never purchase from this site again. The clothes I received are nothing like the pictures shown on their website. Cheap fabrics and completely different dresses to the photos. Before I even opened the packaging I thought I was sent the wrong dress, that's how different the dress was from the photo on the website. Very disappointed to say the least.

Don’t be tempted by their legit website and pretty pictures. The pictures are not of their actual products, the measurements and descriptions are not accurate. I bought two dresses and neither fit. I jumped through their hoops hoping to be able to return them. Nope. Don’t waste your money!

Do not buy anything from this company. The dress I ordered was NOT what was on the website. It said it was embroidered and instead of being embroidered, the patterns were printed. The quality is rubbish and they are giving me the run around as far as a refund.
Like other reviews, I wish I had checked first. At least in future I will use trustpilot to check reputation of companies I buy anything from overseas.

Placed an order, never heard from them again, never received my products and no responses to emails. A SCAM. AVOID.

I placed an order for 3 dresses. It took forever for the package to arrive and when it showed up I was missing one of the dresses from my order. I have tried to contact them and emailed them 3 separate times and have still not gotten a response on how they are going to resolve the issue. Buyer beware.

If I could do negative stars I would. Worst on line shopping experience ever! Quality of clothing is cheap and costumer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Gave me the run around and wouldn’t provide any information to return the dress. Fortunately, I’m only out about $50. Just wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased the dress. Don’t buy from this vendor and save yourself the frustration and money.
