BAD BAD BAD. DO NOT ORDER FROM VIVICHICS! I had the same experience as those listed below. I ordered a dress based on measurements. The dress measurement was 53 inches long. The dress I got was 40 inches long and would not fit an 8 year old child! Let alone a small woman. I write asking for return instructions and was told that shipping back to China would cost 35 to 40$ and would I accept a $5 return!!!! I emailed photos of the dress they sent with a measuring tape in the photo to prove that they sent the wrong dress. ZERO response. They are a SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY VIVICHICS.

This site says it will refund returns, but when my dress didn't fit they gave me the run around. They said shipping it back to China costs as much as the dress and they offered me $5 to just keep it. When I refused, they stopped responding. This site is a scam. Poor quality, weird fit, and in reality, no returns. I would give them zero stars if I could.

This was the most terrible experience I have had with an online clothing site. The first red flag I had was after purchasing my order and being given the wrong tracking number. I had to email customer service to receive the correct one. Secondly, my order took WEEKS to get delivered. I was ordering a bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding, and had luckily ordered it weeks in advance. In the meantime I had been looking at local stores for dresses just in case this one didn't come in time when I came across the exact dress that I ordered at one of my local clothing stores. I tried on the dress in the size that ordered to make sure that I ordered the right size. The dress at the store fit perfectly and was really cute. When I got home, the dress had been delivered. But when I opened the package, the dress was not what I expected. It was made of completely cheap material, was see-through, and did not even fit! I knew this was a joke because I had JUST tried on that dress (in good quality) at another store of the same size and it fit perfectly. The dress was a complete knock off! I had read their return policy before ordering the dress and it stated that I could return it within 15 days as long as it is in good condition, unworn, undamaged, etc. I put the dress back in the original packaging and did not touch it again. Upon messaging the customer service team to receive my shipping label and instructions on returning it, I was given the runaround. They asked me what was wrong with it, I explained everything, they asked for pictures which I sent, then they offered me a $4 refund and I keep the dress. I paid over $40 for that dress! I am not taking $4 dollars for it!! They would ignore my emails, not answer my questions, an gave me degrading "solutions". I was told that the dress would have to be sent back to china and that it would take months to process the return, so it is easier to offer a partial refund. So basically these people were telling me that because this return was inconvenient to them, I don't get my money back. There is nothing on their policy about getting "partial refunds". I wanted and deserved a full refund for this awful dress, and nobody would help me. I tried asking for a phone number, and they told me they didn't have one. I pretty much just lost $40. NEVER order from this site.
