Absolute first class service

The impressions kit turned up on time, however I have been waiting 2 weeks for the finished product to be returned despite the publicised 10 day delivery.

I have emailed twice with no reply. No form of direct contact making me wonder if I’ll be receiving my or if I have just lost my money.

Found this website by chance, as I was trying to get a replacement retainer after a small piece of plastic broke off my usual top set.

The service was brilliant; easy and very speedy, I had my replacement in just over a week. It fits perfectly and didn’t cost me anywhere near as much as a local dentist would charge me.

Really impressed (excuse the pun) and will definitely use this service again.

Easy and simple process, highly recommend! Cheaper than going to the orthodontist.

I was quite nervous about ordering this product, but very happy with the fit and the quality of the product.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company based on the experience I've had.
Received my impression kit very quick after ordering, made a total mess of it and they sent me a new one for free just as quickly!
Received my retainer today and its perfect quality.
My biggest praise has to go to their customer service, every annoying query I've had they have answered with a very polite and speedy response! They even sent my retainer enxt day guaranteed delivery because I was flying to Scotland and desperately needed it in time! Highly recommend

I purchased these retainers online to make my life easier, get them at a decent price and ensure my teeth were where I wanted them to be before creating the impression (I already have retainers but they’ve worn out).

Customer service has been amazing and engaged. Replied to all of my emails and carried out personal requests also!

I originally had an issue where the upper retainers were loose and vivident sent me another impression kit out FOR FREE!

Very quick at replying and rectifying any issues!

An improvement could be clearer instructions for making the impressions as I did it incorrectly the first time, however they sent me a free replacement pretty quickly and I got it right the second time!

Personally, the retainers themselves could cover the gums a little more for better stability but mine fit quite well - my orthodontist found it difficult to make a mold for my first set of retainers so it could just be me.

Overall, the retainers are a great quality and much cheaper than replacements from my local orthodontist!

Excellent - good price compared with £90 at dentist. First one didn’t work so they sent a replacement kit without any problem.

Retainers don't even fit, there's no way of contacting the company only by message which they haven't got back to me.

Great retainer, fits tightly. Strong material. Excellent service. Any issues I had they sorted immediately. Customer service got back to me in under 24hrs at all times. Would definitely use again. Recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to spend large amounts of money at the dentist.

The retainers were of a good quality and came quickly. But the kit didn't come with very good instructions and I messed one up slightly which I messaged about, but didn't get a reply.
