There was an issue with the post and my original retainer did not arrive so I emailed Vivident and they sent me a replacement straight away and it’s great, fits perfectly.

Until now great service! I received the mould kit two days after ordering it. Let’s hope retainers will also arrive quickly!

Vivident were great, I had broken my retainer and was worried about my teeth moving but the mould kit came 24 hours after ordering. The process was really easy and the packaging to send the mould back is provided. I received my retainer just over a week later and it’s great - it is really thick plastic and covers all my upper teeth, making it much sturdier than the one provided by my orthodontist initially. The whole service was great and such good value.

I cannot thank Ryan and the team enough for the efforts they have gone to, to assist me and my daughter. My daughter had her retainers stolen in Sweden as they were in her suitcase when it was stolen off a train. This was the week before lock down. My daughter was due to go back to the US where she is studying, but everything shut down, so she was stuck in Vienna, Austria where I currently live. I tried to find an orthodontist in Vienna where we could get replacement retainers, but they were all closed due to the virus, so I searched on line and found Vivident. I sent them an email explaining the situation and Ryan was so sympathetic and offered to replace the retainers for free, including sending the molds to Vienna and then the retainers back again once they were completed. Vivident really came through in our time of need and we will be forever grateful to them for helping us out like this, when the whole world had suddenly changed and our options were virtually zero. The retainers arrived today and are great. I would highly recommend Vivident for retainers. They are a great company who really went the extra mile. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH,

My permanent retainer which I’ve had on for over 10 years decided to break during lockdown!! I had thrown out my removable retainer so needed to get one ordered until I can get my permanent retainer fixed. Great service and the retainer fits perfectly. A very straightforward process. Thank you!

Retainers feel a bit loose but appear good quality and alot cheaper then orthodontist.

Thank you so much. These are great, really easy process and I am very happy with the finished tray, it was exactly what I wanted. The soft trays for grinding hurt my jaw as they are chewy but this was just like a hard retainer, which is perfect.

Fantastic service, very quick and the product itself fits perfectly. I have tried other retainer services and this is the only one where there have been literally no issues and a fantastic product. I wouldn't use anyone else now. They were faster than another supplier promising a 48 hour turnaround.

These retainers are perfect. I needed a replacement and my dentist quoted me £150 for a top replacement. I was a bit dubious about using Vivident because it seemed too good to be true. I paid £49.99 (i wanted them thicker because i grind my teeth so paid the extra £10) and it was a simple process. I received the impression equipment in the post, did it, then sent it back. Within a week or so I received the retainer in the post and it is absolutely perfect. I even ordered another spare just in case. Highly recommended.

Making the impressions was a little tricky, and I didn't get it right first time meaning it didn't fit. But I received brilliant customer service and the team worked with me until we got it right and now I'm very happy with the result!
