Due to the lockdown and living away from my regular orthodontist, I opted for Vivident as they were accessible at a very reasonable price. The staff well handled the delayed delivery due to the current circumstances, and I am very happy to know that customer service is a priority. I am pretty sure that the service would be at its best if it weren’t for the virus situation. Company combines high quality work, affordability, and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend!! My dog chewed my retainers and the retainers from Vivident were excellent! They were fast and the instructions were easy and the retainers are a perfect replacement for me!

With orthodontists closed for lockdown, vivident supplied my son's replacement retainer. They were cheaper than the orthodontist, and the customer service was fantastic - when the first impression kit was delayed in the lockdown post, they sent a second impression kit special delivery that arrived two days later at considerable cost to them.
Fantastic company, and so nice to deal with, will use again.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough. I was desperately in need of a new retainer as my original one was looking pretty grim. I really didn’t want to fork out £100+ for a replacement at my orthodontist. After doing a little bit of research online, I came across Vivident and I’m so glad that I did. The process was quick, easy and straightforward and when my retainer arrived it was definitely a better fit and better quality than my first one for less than half the price it would have cost me if I were to go to my orthodontist. Will definitely buy from Vivident again when the time comes for me to replace my latest one. Thank you so much!

I guess it al seemed great until I haven’t received the actually retainer after 13 days after I sent my impression Kitt off but I’ll let them off because of lockdown great service altogether though

Highly recommend using this company. Much cheaper than what my dentist was trying to charge me for a replacement clear retainer and honestly much better quality than my original anyway. Customer service was great when I got in contact with them for a couple queries. Will be recommending and using this company again

Impressions kit received quickly. Clear and simple instructions for use. Awaiting my retainers...
Retainers have now arrived and fit my daughter's teeth perfectly. All good.

Brilliant service, accurate mould for retainers and quick

My dog ate my retainers in the second week of lockdown, I was absolutely stressed out as I've only had my braces off 4 months and obviously could not visit my orthodontist for a new set. I contacted vivident and they reassured me that they could help but also so very kindly replaced my retainers for free as a thank you for frontline nursing in a busy covid intensive care unit. I can't thank Ryan enough for his kindness and the quality of the product is fantastic and fits perfectly! The whole process was easy and quick. Will defintely be using again and recommending!!

Quick service despite current events. Retainers are well made and moulds easy to use.

Good service and the product seems just the same as you would get from the orthodontist.

These retainers look and feel exactly like the ones I got from my orthodontist. I ordered my upper arch retainer at the start of the lock down, and I received the impression kit within 3 days of placing my order. Even with postal delays, (and it actually getting lost in the post, got a replacement sent) the actual retainer on the 10th day. Just as it mentioned on the website.

I can only imagine how quick I'd have gotten it under normal circumstances. I got my braces removed exactly a year and 1 week before I lost my retainer, so my teeth did shift a bit in the few days I was waiting for the new one to arrive. Now over a month later, I can safely say they're fully back to the same position as they were before.

I would definitely recommend vivident to anyone who is considering it and definitely to those who have just lost their retainers. Do not hesitate! Not only are they 3-4 times cheaper than one from the dentist for the same thing, but they really have gone above and beyond to reassure me when I was freaking out, thanks Ryan!

The only criticism/warning I would give is the impressions tray. Personally, I would recommend you use a tray without any holes. the one that fit my mouth did, and some of the mould was pushed through the holes when I took my impression, so now my retainer has extra bumps on it. It doesn't bother me though, I'll definitely order a new kit so I can have a spare.

UPDATE:
I have had my retainers for over a year now and have been using they religiously every night since I got them.

These retainers are definitely just as good as, if not better quality than the ones provided by orthodontists for a fraction of the price. They have only just started to wear out a tiny bit at the ends/back molars. I am currently ordering a new pair for my upper arch.

Better fitting retainer than any set of gov funded retainers

Brilliant service. Couldn’t ask for better.

Took a while to receive my imprinting kit (I contacted you and you dealt with this ASAP!) my retainer only took a few days to arrive after sending the impression mould back which I was super impressed with! My retainer fits pretty well and the quality is as good as my retainer from my dentist. Would deffo use again!

Recieved my retainer kit at the beginning to which the template was too small. They instantly got back to me and shipped me a larger tray within two days. Service was excellent and the quality of the retainer by the end was great value for money. If anyone is considering getting temporary ‘replacement’ retainers at the moment during current situation of their orthodontists not being open, I would highly recommend using Vivident just incase something happens to your now-retainers. Thank you so much!
