Was a little skeptical about ordering retainers over the internet but after seeing the great reviews and not being able to get a new retainer from the dentist until October I decided to give Vivident a try. I am so pleased I did because my new retainer came and it fits perfectly and cost about half the amount it would have to have got it at the dentist. They responded to my queries quickly and I am really impressed.

I sent my impressions back over two weeks ago and have heard back nothing. Iv tried to email them which is only possible though there website however it won’t send the email off.

Website includes no direct email or other way to contact them. Have also failed to find them on twitter or fb

Finally got hold of them as they contacted me on trust pilot. they apologised and were very honest they had a mistake and were running late.

Product arrived not long after. Very happy with the bottom retainer. The top one however does not cover All my
Teeth. The said this is due to health and safety but did offer me another impression. They will do the job just don’t feel very secure.

Thought i would try this company out instead of going to the dentist and paying £100 for one retainer.
The mold trays didnt fit my mouth to start with and the company were so helpful and done everything to resolve it and issued me with more different sizes. It was all completed within 1-2 weeks.
Was so simple to do and much prefer these over going to the dentist! Recommend to anyone if your in need of a retainer

I am so happy with my retainers i ordered them last Sunday and the impression kit came Wednesday i sent the impressions back on the same day and my retainers turned up 3 days later on the Saturday they fit better than my current ones which are cracking due to me grinding my teeth and vivident saved me £100 instead of going to my orthodontist

Found this company online and was blown away by the reviews and the price so ordered a new top retainer from them. The kit arrived quickly and my retainer not long after. However... After initially the retainer being REALLY tight on my front teeth, I thought I'll see it through, as a few people had noted this on previous reviews but it loosened off. A few days later I was noticing that my teeth were so sensitive to touch throughout the day (I only wear my retainer at night) and that my front teeth had started to moved back. I put my old retainer in which thankfully I had saved... But definitely needed a new one and the pressure it was putting on my front teeth told me that the new retainer from vivident had indeed moved my teeth from their original position. Therefore I've gone back to wearing my old one for now until I can find somewhere to get another retainer done as I don't want to risk moving my teeth again after having worn braces for so long. I contacted vivident who only seem to email back at 10/11pm... And they sent me a postage label to return my retainer if I wanted a refund.... I did this several days ago now and after emailing to ask if this had been recieved, I was told to wait until they opened this morning... I've again tried to contact them and heard nothing. However I highly suspect I'll receive an email at 10/11pm tonight which seems to be the only time I've been able to communicate. Very disspointed to be honest as I honestly thought I was getting a really good price/product going off the previous reviews. However its now turning into a long winded ordeal... Where I'm £80+ pound down and can only communicate with the company at silly o'clock. Never again!

I've had THE BEST experience with Vivident. After receiving my retainers, I quickly realised my tied tongue was in the way of my bottom retainer. Vivident very kindly re-did my retainer for free! Now, after receiving both retainers I can honestly say they are so comfortable, and to be honest, better than the set my dentist gave me. 100% worth it! I would definitely recommend anyone to order their retainers from Vivident!

I bought a retainer for my upper before the price hike. i hadn't done this ever- taking impressions myself etc so they were really helpful in guiding me on how to do it and I also sent in a photo to confirm the adequacy of the set. They arrived timely but didn't fit too well as I had slightly messed up the impressions - I let them know and they offered to send me another set of impressions and remake them for me! Literally would get email replies within minutes of sending my enquiry. They sorted it out for me on Monday and I received the kit on Wednesday! Amazing service and amazing product.

I also ordered another one for lower (with price hike) and I can say, it is still worth it as its still cheaper than going to a UK ortho.

Great service as per usual - though I notice it has gone up significantly(!) in price, but still worth it for a quality retainer and quick, easy service. Genuinely fits better than my original ortho-fitted retainer. Cheers.

Very unhappy customer. After my first order went ‘missing’ I waited over a month to receive my second order. The retainer was bent and had no resemblance of my original mould. I sent numerous emails many of which were ignored throughout the process.

I noticed during lockdown that one of my front teeth had moved. As all dentists were closed I decided to take a chance and order a retainer online to try and stop the tooth moving any more. Ryan was really helpful, patiently answering all my questions before I placed my order.

There were some problems with the mail as Vivident don't usually use a signed for service and due to lockdown we had some issues so I didn't get the retainer in the usual 10 days but this wasn't Vividents fault and they were great throughout this, always answering my emails quickly.

When it arrived I was worried that I might swallow the retainer and choke during the night as I've never worn one before but it sort of clicks into place onto the teeth (top ones in my case) and stays snugly throughout the night.

The wonderful thing is that I've been experiencing a sore tongue since two of my molars were removed a few years ago and this little retainer has managed to stop that pain because the tongue was catching on the teeth either side of the molars.
This was such a relief to me and I've been sleeping so much better since, so if you have the same problem as me and are wondering if this will work then I can say that it does!

When you first wear it at night you may notice some pain for the first day or two but this settled down after a few nights and I was so relieved to be rid of the pain in my tongue that it was worth it.

My front tooth now appears not to be moving anymore, so for me this little gem was well worth it.

The quality is excellent, I ordered the thicker one because I grind my teeth and I have to say it's very tough material and feels like it will last a long time.

I wish Vivident did braces as I would definitely buy them!

I have been using my retainer for a few months now, and I can safely say that Vivident's product is fantastic and great value for money (the one I have from my dentist is actually worse in quality in comparison!).

Their customer service is also excellent. I had messed up the mould on first try, and they honestly could not have been nicer about it, helping with replacement putty, and offering tips for better moulding.

Customer service is just brilliant and dealt with my issue promptly. I stuffed up the first mould but now have a perfect fit, very pleased

The product is just as good as you can purchase directly from your own dentist. Admittedly, there were some delays with delivery, etc but I still feel they deserve a 5 star rating due to the way the company promptly dealt with my concern and resolved the situation. Excellent service. I will be returning as a customer.

Not usually one to write reviews but my retainer has arrived today and I am so happy with it, i was really worried about having a broken retainer during lockdown due to my wisdom teeth starting to make an appearance, the process was really fast and really good value for money, the retainer feels really good quality! Ryan was helpful when I emailed before ordering as I was worried about potential delay due to the current circumstances. Thank you so much!

I ordered an upper and lower set of retainers from vivident with an extra thickness due to teeth grinding. The impression trays were very easy to use with simple to follow instructions and when my retainers arrived, I was amazed at the high level of quality. You can't tell the difference between them and the original set I got from the orthodontist. If you need a new retainer or a spare retainer, especially given current circumstances, then I would 100% recommend using vivident- a brilliant service all round, Thank you!

I broke my retainers during lockdown. I ordered these thinking they would be a temporary replacement but they fit better than my old ones and i went thicker as i grind my teeth. Really impressed with how easy it was and the price. Delivery was slightly longer but i guess this is just royal mail with covid so as to be expected. Thank you!
